I absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner! As I was planning on having a kerastraight treatment on my hair, I needed to find a shampoo conditioner that was both salt and sulphate free. After researching what one was best, I decided to go for this product over the kerastraight one. If I'm honest, the price did put me off a little at first. However, it was more than worth the money! Both items have a lovely, soft coconut scent which is fresh and not overwhelming. The shampoo lathers surprisingly well for a sulphate free shampoo and a little goes a long way. With the conditioner, you only need the smallest amount as it spreads really well and it's more like an intensive conditioner. My hair feels lovely and clean after using the products and it's left feeling soft, healthy and manageable. As you only need such a small amount of both the shampoo and conditioner, the price is offset as the bottles last ages! After my kerastraight treatment stared to wear off (about 4 1/2 months), my hair was still far softer, shinier and more manageable than before. This I attribute to the shampoo and conditioner. I've just had another kerastraight treatment and bought more of the NYK1 products. I'll definitely continue to use them even if I don't keep up with the kerastraight!

Needed a sulphate and salt free shampoo and conditioner after getting keratin treated and coloured hair & opted for this after reading reviews online. The scent is very subtle, it was easy to dispense because it comes with a free dispensing pump and after using the conditioner, it leaves the hair really soft. I had an issue with the free dispensing pump and the communication and how they resolved the issue was very swift, which is what i appreciateabout the most in a business (customer care). Personally, the price is a little steep for me for a shampoo & conditioner but it keeps the treated hair almost like a salon finish so i will be purchasing again. A little goes a long way too and the shampoo does lather up a little as most sulphate free shampoo's don't (thats a plus). Shampoo the scalp and keep the conditioner on for the length of the hair. Definitely a good purchase.

I love this product I got it only yesterday and I was excited to use it after I read all the reviews , I use other type of keratin and progressive as well which I really didn’t need it , my hair is 4c curly and it works well my hair very is smooth silky and frizzy out .I definitely recommend it.

This used to be my favourite shampoo/conditioner (had been using it for over a year), even over Kerastase. It had a lovely coconut smell, a very thick consistency consistency, a lovely light pink colour and by far the most hydrating I've ever used - showering felt magic.NOT ANYMORE FOLKS, something has changed since my last order and the quality has now gone down the drain, nothing in the conditioner feels the same. The ingredients on the bottle are still the same however, which can only mean one of the two: the product has been purposely watered down, or, the most recent batch is defective.Until this is addressed, I won't be purchasing another bottle - it's not even worth £8 on its current state.Edit - they offered me a free replacement and apologised for the error, apparently it was a bad batch. The replacement still wasn't the same as what I was used to have but it was much better. Haven't bought it since but at least they've gone far and beyond to rectify the error

I bought this product based on the reviews & I'm sorry but I have to say the shampoo & conditioner are absolutely terrible. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt & have used it now for 2 weeks. But I just can't use it anymore. It really irritates your scalp, it makes your head so itchy, flaky & just not pleasant feeling at all. It has also discoloured my extensions turning them orange, so I'm going to have to strip the extensions & tone to get rid of the awful discolouration. This had never happened with other extension products I've used. The smell of the product is bland, not awful but not very pleasing either. It has completely dried out my hair & has left it in awful condition. My hair was high end hair that I paid a fortune for & was in perfect condition for 3 months until i used this & now it's completely ruined This has been a total waste of money because like I said I had high hopes after reading the reviews & seeing that it was recommended as amazon's choice, but honestly this product is absolutely awful. Please don't not buy this you will honestly regret it.

This is an excellent product. When I originally looked at it I thought it would be more use for people with hair extensions but that's really not the case. My hair has always been very thick and bushy but had started to become really frizzy and difficult to manage. This shampoo and conditioner have made a huge difference and I wouldn't use anything else now. Unfortunately my whole family have come to the same conclusion so I end up sharing this. The good thing is though that a little goes a long way and the bottles last for ages. I would definitely recommend

I love how this keeps my hair piece lovely and clean and refreshed. The conditioner helps with the tangles.It has a great smell to it and comes with handy 'pump' action tops. Take the other ones off and replace with the pump action ones, makes them so easy to use when in the shower.
