From what I understood this product was originally designed to diognose american cars. But after trying on my British brand car I was pleasantly surpised how well it works. It cleared my ABS warning light which shouldn't have been on in the first place and it never came back on. On top of that it tells you clearly whats wrong with the car as well as allow you to view live data

Well, I bought the Bluedriver in anticipation of a used car purchase once moved to Portugal - I freely admit I know nothing about cars mechanically - so purchased for reassurance, as here cars are so expensive, it was going to have to be used. We decided on an immaculate ML270 of 2004 vintage. The car was (is) immaculate for its age, nice dealer and drove well - the BlueDriver confirmed our hopes as no fault codes or any issues found. Within a week of ownership, the vehicle lost power, Bluedriver once more installed, no fault codes ? took it to the local Mercedes dealer and their code machine lit up like a Christmas tree ! So, emailed the company to see if I was doing something wrong or needed to load something I missed (and make the point that the product has cost me dearly !!) - a pointless reply as follows -- "Any vehicle sold in Europe from 2001+ (petrol) and 2004+ (diesel) will provide engine and emissions diagnostics (anything that turns on the check engine light). We also support enhanced diagnostics (ABS, SRS, etc) for most compatible vehicles from Ford, GM, Chrysler, Nissan, and Toyota. Unfortunately repair reports are not currently available for vehicles with non-North American VINs. If you have any other questions please contact us any time!" Yep - that tells me nothing .... thanks, just now having to repair a car £££

Very good value for money. Its paid for itself on the first time i needed it for rather than taking vehicle to a garage. Saw what the issue was and able to turn engine management light off.

I had Engine Management, ABS, Lane Assistance, stability lights coming on. Plugged in this device, I had to update its software, but didn't take long. Gave me the codes I needed to pass to a Garage. A wheel position sensor had failed.

as far as I can tell it works its not difficult to pair with your phone though obviously with an app based connection I wouldn't try using outdated tech I found it to be useful to check over my vehicle before sending it for an Mot and it passed with flying colours so make of that hat you will but it seems good to me that I can check before it goes to a garage which means if they bring up a bunch of things that were not there before and suddenly its throwing codes you can also have proof with a saved report or 2 or 3 just to rub it in and then you can find an honest mechanic now most are but big companies and some side mechanics it can be a problem and if you are like me and have not won the lottery you cant afford to be paying for things that don't need fixing

Hello, I have had this for half a year now and its really sad. I ordered it after I watched a YouTuber fixing his car idle problem while using one. Well, I have had few issues and they were never detected and I thought to myself maybe it will be alright but nah it is not. Now I have a warning light and it has no code readings and it’s really annoying. Thanks for the £100 worth of nothing. I really appreciate that it connects to the phone and shows fuel consumption which is by the way stupid since i want to connect to maps rather than look at statistics. Over all its a worthless peace of gadget that I got fooled to buying from the internet that has managed to serve me no purpose what so ever apart from giving me a false sense of reassurance that I can be ahead of problems.
