Are these shelf stable? The description says they are but I just opened mine ( arrived 3 days ago) and I see an old ice pack inside the package.

Does this probiotic help with leaky gut syndrome

I personally would try a half of capsule first to see if it's beneficial for you. If not you probably have to continue healing leaky gut 1st. I personally am still on half a cap..probably still have some bad bacteria or candida still thriving in there..but probiotics is certainly helpfull. Every body is different . For instance my daughter takes them with no problem but she has no gut issues.
