Definitely help reduce hunger. Not cheap but taste delicious & do the job. Would recommend.

I've been using skinny sprinkles for around 2 years now and honestly, it's amazing!! I remember the first time I tried these, I was in Costa and had a toastie for lunch and decided to try one of these before I ate the toastie to see if it worked. Didnt think nothing of it until around 6pm and I was like omg I havent been hungry for hours!! Now I've got a big appetite and I've always struggled to loose weight because i love food and I'm always hungry which was causing me to yoyo with my weight. I tried them the next day and so on and I finally got to my goal weight a year ago and have been maintaining since. I still use these every day! The weight may have gone, but my appetite hasn't and if ever I've missed one of my skinny sprinkles, I notice my appetite goes up and I end up eating things I shouldn't. I took a little break from these over Christmas and new year as I had my family over so decided to have a few weeks off like most people do and ended up gaining 6lb. Started using these again last week and in 4 days I lost 4lb so nearly back to maintaining. These really are amazing and taste so nice!!

This worksIt does give the option to have one 3 times a day but I tend to mix all 3 in a large water bottle and sip it throughout the day. The only reason I haven't given this 5 stars is it doesn't mix well, if you look closely at the picture in the bottle you will notice what looks like powder glooped at the bottom, so it doesn't dissolve well.The best flavor I have tried is the candy apple, I tried the strawberry one and I didn't find it worked as well as the candy apple. This really stops snacking. Highly recommend.

I'm not massively unfit but still wanted a little boost as I was getting back into my fitness routine but these were shockingly misleading. Yes they taste reasonably nice when they blend as they're supposed to but overall they didn't make me lose weight (even after following the 'Skinny Sprinkles Guidelines') they just made me feel bloated and groggy. I ended up chucking nearly 2 full boxes away. I wouldn't want to inflict such a horrible product on anyone else. Avoid at all costs!

Hard to know if it works or not, but I've got nly been using it about a week. I am wondering should I double the dose to feel fuller. Not sure yet. I can say though it has made me think about what I'm eating and reduced snacking so I suppose that's a positive .Tastes nice. shaker really is great.

They really curb my appetite and allow me to stick to a calorie controlled diet as I am naturally quite a greedy person! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these as they really do work. I don’t need to use them with every meal as I can control my eating whilst at work so only usually have one before dinner in the evening and at weekends."

This product did nothing for me, I followed the instructions and drank a satchel before my meals and the difference it made was negligible. They are extremely overpriced, I bought 3 boxes of the stuff as I believed the hype and it was a bit cheaper if you bought more...and I got the shaker too.. I know that a pint of water drunk before your meal will have the same effect. These sprinkles have no value at all, not even a few added vitamins...just a cheap bulking agent which you can buy on amazon for a few pounds and flavour it yourself. Not recommended.

The flavour is ok. I had them in the past I used to go to the gym before locking down and take them with healthy lifestyle. At the moment I don't go to the gym with family issues so going to start taking them again and see how they work out for me again
