Argon Tableware 6X White Cereal Bowls 18cm (7") - Classic Breakfast, Soup, Ramen & Dessert Bowls - Durable Everyday Crockery for Home & Restaurants - Microwave & Dishwasher Safe

These plates are made in the town of Packham, Victoria, Australia. They are quite well made and are microwave & dishwasher safe. While the material is thick enough for general household use, they are not as thick and solid as our CHURCHILL hotel ware crockery. However, we are happy with them and they are good value for the price paid.

After buying the small plates earlier in the year and after using them regularly there are still no chips due to the quality of them. I found the plates a great size for using as side plates, plates for snacks such as sandwiches and even small dinner plates. As I was down to only six bowls, from three different dinner sets it was time to replace them. I opted to get the "Argon" bowls as I am very happy with the small plates. £20 for 12 bowls was not the best price I could get for purchasing bowls but then cheaper ones don't last. At a cost of less than £1.70 per bowl and the quality I got from the plates I decided that if the bowls are as good then they will be good value. When the bowls arrived they were well protected, with two boxes of 6 bowls. Each bowl was inside a bubblewrap packet. The two boxes were in a larger box. The larger box was covered with heavy duty bubblewrap and inside an even larger box. So, the bowls arrived with no damage. When taking the 1st bowl out I discovered they are better value than I expected as the bowls are much deeper than any other bowls I currently have. The quality is the same as the small plates. I highly recommend these bowls as I will now complete the set and soon order the large plates as I am so confident in these products as so far they have only proven to be some of the best available and at a great price.

An excellent bowl for a very reasonable price

Comprehensively packaged, as is appropriate for tableware, the bowls look simple, durable, well made and fairly lightweight. A slightly smaller size in the same shape might be better as these are a little large for a typical serving of cereal (unless you need 3500 kcals a day!). Say 165mm, instead of 180mm+. They do fit dishwasher racks, side by side with no need to skip rows in the rack.

Delivery excellent Size perfect I use them in the oven as the depth for meals for one or batch cooking and putting in portions in the freezer very versatile.

Lovely bowls, strong and well maid. I should have really paid more attention to the size guide as they are smaller than I wanted. That is my only complaint and it’s my own fault for not checking

I love my Argon bowls....they are so large and sturdy but beautifully simple in a classic way....I love using them....it's so convenient to have a set of 6 beautiful and functional bowls in my kitchen.....

These fit nicely in the dishwasher, which is the most important characteristic in a bowl for me. I ordered two boxes and at least three arrived "flawed." One has a weird bump under the glazing, one has a little black spot, one has a spot where the glazing was missed. They will still work for me.
