Great Camera, motion detection works perfectly, I have them connected to a Synology Nas using Surveillance station and they work without issue. The IOS app works well too, and I've seen at least 3 firmware updates appear so they are keeping it up to date. As others have said, Night vision is not perfect however I've found that if I turn up the brightness and contract about 20%, it doesn't need the night mode on, however this is in in an area that is dimly lit, in complete darkness it obviously will not work. Just about to purchase a third one.Power over ethernet helps too, no need to make sure that you have power nearby, a POE switch is available to about 40 pounds on Amazon.Just checked on the last time they were rebooted, and it was over 5 months ago, so they seem to be pretty stable too.

Day time vision is pretty good for the price, but night time isn't brilliant. There seems to be a reflection on the dome. I've followed all recommendations, such as making sure the dome is clean, inside and out, and making sure the rubber cushion around the lens is squashed against the dome, but no great improvement.Having said that i'm not sure if any dome camera in this price range has good night time vision, so i'll probably hang on to it now that i've gone through the trouble of installing it.

My fifth Foscam camera, as I have the 9ch NVR.It’s about 80% reliable and the picture quality is quite good. There is a little bit of led illuminator bleed into the image at night due to diffraction into the polycarbonate dome.The motion detection could be more reliable as it sometimes fails to record and requires a reboot of camera and NVR to get going again.

Live video ok but awful GUI and support. You cannot export clips from SD card either - you have to physically climb the ladder and dismantle the device to retrieve footage which is absolute craziness! I do not recommend this camera.

This camera doesn't pan/tilt. Thus you have to mount it on a flat surface. To adjust the angle, you have to open up the camera and adjust the lens' position. This made it really difficult to set up.The quality of the final picture is good, if you can mount this OK on a flat surface, it would be good.It wouldn't PoE from my BT home hub 6.

This is a fantastic Cctv camera easy to set up and also has helped the police in a incident And they were impressed by the quality of this camera.i did have some technical advice And Stephen was fantastic and solve my problem in seconds due to his professional expertise with Foscam admin

Great camera only problem is I have to turn infer red lights of as the camera reflects back

Good quality camera, word of warning not easily adjustable once closed up.
