Replaced QL-500
Very easy to use, fast printouts and the auto label cutter is great feature. Tried it on a PC with Windows 11 installed but couldn't get it to work, software and drivers are not compatible, but on Win 10 works a treat. Lots of nice features in the Pouch software.

Great works a treat
Works as it should, upgraded from the ql-500 or whatever the one without an auto cutter... should have just got this initially! Great.

RUBBISH
I HAVE NO IDEA OF THE PRINT QUALITY AS I CANT EVEN GET IT TO PRINT AFTER 2 HOURS ABSOLUTELY BLOODY RUBBISH...there is obviously a very simple straight forward way to design everything for a very quick set up...no real instructions in box or online....it's basic instructions where you end up having to click on all different settings and go round in circles to even connect your phone to the printer by Bluetooth you have to connect it to the WiFi...yes I'm not that good with computers but every printer I have had has been much easier than this....what's wrong with brother why can't they make a quick easy set up...it's due to laziness....I'm thinking of sending this back ...it's so simple it's about printing labels so why so problematic setting up...for someone good with computers they will not have much problem but the average person will have a big headache.... DON'T BUY unless you have hours to waste setting up.
