A: Hi there,
The typical pH value of isopropyl alcohol is 8.
So the answer to your question is yes, will be OK (sprayer can cope with up to pH values of 5 to 9 inclusive).

**Q: I'm looking for something to put a half and half mixture of water and bleach so I can spray the outside walls. Would this be any good?**
A: Yes.If you are in the trade or have lots of walls to prepare you may want a back-pack type sprayer, 16 or 20 ltr capacity.I use one like this around doors and windows etc.because you have better control.Good piece of kit.Easy to use.

**Q: did anyone else have some liquid in theirs when it arrived- mine was in a sealed bag so Im quite confused as to why there was liquid in it?**
A: Yes, I had some in the pipe in mine - quite concerned, because as I was testing the spray some went onto my little dog! Rang Spear & Jackson, but they have washed their hands of  all responsibility, and say it is up to Amazon. I contacted Amazon and they say they will investigate, but will not let me know the outcome!! I ordered another one - and this was exactly the same! The first one was sealed, the second one had already been opened. Amazon are obviously re-packaging and selling on as new, without checking to see if they've already been used. Goodness know what chemicals are inside them. Wash thoroughly before use, I would suggest, and don't let them anywhere near pets or children.

**Q: The metal nozzle is missing. Can I buy a replacement in the uk?**
A: Not sure. Have you tried contacting the seller or customer service or send it back for a replacement or refund? Or failing that contact Spear and Jackson parts dept??
