Tasty and effective
I can always trust Gaviscon to clear my indigestion and acid reflux. They taste great, the texture is a little grainy and can get stuck in your teeth (insoluble carbonates mixed with gelatinous alginates, nothing bad), and easy to use and store on the go. They’re quite expensive for what they are — you can just drink a slurry of bicarbonate of soda for the same effect — but they make up for it with the minty flavour. Eating sodium bicarbonate on its own is a gross experience

These Tablets are Even More Effective Than The Liquid
My son suffers from horrible GERD. He was purchasing the liquid form of this product from the UK but that has become super expensive so he switched to these tablets. He said they work even better than the liquid!
