Sturdy, well designed tool box.
I've been using this tool case for several months and I find it meets my needs perfectly. As all the tools are neatly laid out, I can make sure I don't leave anything behind before I pack up. The fold up top part is ingenious and allows double the amount of pliers and screwdrivers to be kept in the space available. It provides an overview of your tools as effectively as a cantilever design does which I like. Underneath the hinging flap is a deeper tray for longer tools and fixings with configurable compartments. The catches are very sturdy, as is the whole outer casing, pretty much bomb proof. I imagine you coluld stand on it without damaging it. It also has a lock facility to prevent anyone dipping in and helping themselves to tools. Overall, this is a solid, well thought out tool box that organises small tools very effectively. Only downside is the rather hight price. Also, it's not exactly featherweight!

Another excellent Stanley product
A very nice strong case which you should be able to get all the normal hand tool in which most people need to carry. The Stanley FatMax Technicians case is very well designed and should last a long time.

Most Excellent
(Oil Heating engineer) I've had many tool boxes, bags, cases over the years, there is now no need to try any more --- I bought one of these in January 2016 - it's used all day every day, it's still going strong.Pros - you can get loads of kit in it, keeps tools well organised, carries everything i need to service boilers, when shut and laying flat it keeps the rain out, the lift out divider is a handy surface protector when working on boiler burners.Cons - occasionally the hinge pin works it way out a couple of inches - but its easy to knock back in.If I lost it i would replace it with the same without hesitation - in fact I've just bought another one

Study and built to last, buy it...
DIY/ House use - Used for about 6 months, and this is a perfect tool case. Sturdy with enough space for all the tools for general DIY tasks around my house. All tools in one place. The foldout tool holder is great feature. Heavy when filled but I don't carry this around too much.

Good
Good, not sure what the bottom shelf is for, doesn't secure down and just flaps about, when you pull the tool stand out it doesn't seem to lock into anything you just kind of balance it. It's ok but would have been better if it clicked in place.

Practical and well built
Keeps all your tools organised very well built, if I could buy again I would get the one with wheels as it can get heavy!!
