ODI MX Longneck SL No Flange Grip

Great grips. Doesn't get the nasty black stuff on your hand. Feels really high quality and has lasted us ages! Fits really well and great grip. Looks great

I have been using these ODI grips for many years (I think these are the Tomac design grips if you can remember who John Tomac is!!!) and they are by far the most comfortable grips that I have ever used. The grips have raised circular rubber ridges that do not look to be comfortable in photos but work fantastically well in practice and remove "trail buzz" extremely well. This particular set were marked up as "Limited Edition" extra soft grips and are available in many different colours. They were also claimed to be extra long and this appears to be the case. They are not "lock on" grips but easily fitted (I always spray the bars with cheap hair spray immediately before fitting) and once the hairspray dries they tend to stay in place without slipping although removing them again can be rather difficult if you need to re-use them again afterwards (check online for advice on the easiest ways to remove them again). Most of the grips that I have used that have "lock on" collars at both ends are far too thin and hard rubber and thus are not comfortable at all. For around ten (UK) pounds these are great grips and they tend to be fairly durable too but are cheap enough to replace every few months if necessary. Word of warning.... Be careful using the supplied plastic ODI bar ends as they take a lot of effort to fit and look like they might be a real pain to remove.

Very comfortable, but you would expect that from a new set wouldnt you. Couldnt get the end caps to fit. Had to trim the insert down but having done that there wasnt enough rigidity to get them pushed into the handle bars.

This has far exceeded my expectations and is exactly what I was looking for. A comfortable and grippy grip. Clearly, a lot od thought and consideration has gone into all aspects of the design (including the packaging, which can up-cycles into a keyring! What?! Yes, a keyring). Its made in the USA which makes a nice change to China. As soon as you open the box and touch this item you will love it, just whatever you do - buy it. You can always return it, but you won't, you will be so blown away you will get off you bicycle butt and write a similar review to this.

If you are riding a bike everyday definitely get theses because they are soft easy to put on and look good

Arrived in good time and easy to put on the bike. I put some oil on the inside of the grips and on the bars - took seconds, unlike just oiling the bars...they’ve dried off and appear nicely stuck fast now. The bar end stops finish the look too. Came with a split ring and the rubberised label they’re attached to becomes a handy key fob...

The bars are excellent, BUT the bungs at each end which display the logo, very necessary if you're a teenager DONT fit..maybe possible to shave them but since the size of the bars must be of regulated size this must be a really bad oversight. Your comment please?

Ich bin ein leidenschaftlicher Extremsportler, der viel Zeit auf seinem BMX und Dirt-Bike verbringt. Bevor ich auf die ODI Longneck aufmerksam wurde, habe ich alle paar Monate meine Griffe gewechselt. Mal waren sie zu hart, mal sind sie zu schnell auseinander gefallen oder haben nicht richtig gehalten. Die ODI erfüllen alle Anforderungen, die für mich wichtig sind. - Sie sind sehr weich, was ideal für empfindliche Hände ist, die zu schneller Blasenbildung und anschließendem Aufreißen neigen. - Die Lamellenstruktur bietet hervorragenden Grip, selbst im Hochsommer, wenn man sehr schwitzige Hände hat. - Der Griff besitzt einen dicken Durchmesser und ist deshalb auch für große Hände geeignet. - So lange kein Dreck zwischen Lenker und Griff kommt, sitzt dieser bombenfest. - Trotz dass der Griff so weich ist, weist er eine lange Haltbarkeit auf, reißt nicht auseinander und lässt sich nicht zerdrücken. Lediglich die Lamellen leiden mit der Zeit etwas. Ich habe mir einen kleinen Vorrat angelegt und kann diese Griffe klar empfehlen.

Fungerar suveränt på sonens kickbike. Lite svårt att sätta dit ploppar men med hammaren så funkade det.

Commandées pour remplacer celles de mon fils, il les a choisi en rose pour le côté flashy et il a eu raison. Ça rend très bien avec le noir de la trottinette. Elle a repris un petit coup de jeune. C est très facile à installer une fois que les anciennes sont déposées et qu on a nettoyé. Il est ravi de ce produit, la tenue en main est bien même en cette saison ou on a les mains un peu humides dès qu on fait du sport. Très bon produit et merci

Ich bin mega zufrieden. Habe sie heute sehr leicht mit wd40 auf meine bar vom Bmx draufziehen. Meiner Meinung nach könnten aber noch ein Paar ersatz barends drauf sein hab einen vermurkst dar ich ihn schief draufgedrückt hab. Aber sonst sehr empfehlenswert. Besser als schraubgriffe. Wenn ich müsste würde ich sie mir auf jeden fall wieder kaufen. 👍👍
