We bought this to replace our kruig coffee maker/ expresso machine. Because we weren't using the coffee machine as much as the espresso machine and this is much smaller looks great on the counter and make some much nicer cup of espresso. My husband is my personal barista and he loves this machine for the quietness the great steaming and how easy it is to use thanks for making such a great machine you're going to like it

I have been using my espresso machine for about 2 months and it works great, especially considering the price. This is a really convenient machine for making a few lattes for family and friends.

This machine makes great tasting espresso and lattes! It is much easier to use than I was expecting. My only real complaint is that the espresso button doesn’t automatically determine when to stop brewing so you really have to watch and know when to stop it.

My original unit worked great for 5 months and then stopped working. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they were great! Very responsive and helpful. They asked me to send pics and video to their email and then asked me to purchase a second unit and send them the Amazon Order Number. Once I did they issued me a full refund for the original unit. I received the refund even before the new unit was delivered. I am now up and running making espresso again and very happy. Thanks!

I reached out to the seller within one week of receipt since I had problems with the actual filter that became stuck. I was sent a video on how to "fix" it. It was not helpful. I ended up solving the stuck filter. After that, the machine began to "sputter/spew" when brewing. There are videos of this happening within these reviews. Again I contact the seller, but received no response after 72 hours, and at the time of writing this, still nothing. My item's return window closes in 3 days and likely why I am being ignored. I have used this perhaps 10 times since receiving. It sits in my conference room to provide prospective clients a choice of beverage. It is embarrassing when it starts to spew all over the place. It is more embarrassing that the seller does not respond or seem to want to help solve this issue. I must now "drop off" this item at UPS and I have to pay a packing fee. The package I must utilize, according to UPS, due to the size and multiple components of this device, is approximately $23.97 with tax. So I am not only out usage of an espresso machine, I am also paying to essentially return the item.

This machine makes good espresso my issues are with the steamer. You push a button to change it to steam but then have to turn a knob and it puts a lot of water out first before steam like it’s priming the steamer or something. Once that’s done the steamer works great so what I do is have a towel under the steamer and run the water out then once it starts steaming shut it off and then turn it back on to steam the milk. It’s just an extra step that’s annoying. Also if you forget to press the steamer button off and then try to brew espresso it spits espresso out everywhere making a huge mess. I’ve done this more than once.

Easy and fun to use. Learning to froth. Water receptacle is simple to fill, replace. Holds many cups. Need to place cloth in drainer to catch excess drips, especially if remove the main holder to place a larger cup.

I was worried realizing after purchase that this only had a couple reviews because I like to read a lot of reviews to help make my decision, BUT it worked out perfectly! He ended up loving it and so do I for him! I love the quality of the pour, how quiet it is, and how easy it is to clean and reuse. It’s also a perfect size for even a smaller kitchen and the sleek design goes well with our home layout.
