Physical therapists used to provide these for free - my old ones fell apart from old age, even after not being used for years. This is a necessary item for shoulder rehab, does the job, no concerns. Good value for money.

This is a blue therapy band, and it’s very stretchy. Not as stretchy as red and yellow, not as stretchy as green, but more stretchy than the black and gold bands you can use to do strengthening exercises. It will make you stronger than using green blue or yellow bands, but not as strong as using black or gold bands.

The bands seem as well made as those I used at physical therapy. Resistance and color also seemed in line with those used at PT.

rubber band is great but it sticks to itself when it gets wet (my son uses it for swimming dry land)

Good strong band. Not cheapy

It's the best product for what it's designed for.

Terrible product. Used <1 month, snapped, total break. V disappointed. Waste of money. Would never order again
