I am a photographer who launched a Software as a Service business and not having had any tech background there are lots of elements to launching a tech business that are way out of my comfort zone. This book really helped to fill in gaps in my knowledge to feel much more confident in the decisions I'm making as well as give inspiration on things to do that I had not previously known about. The concept of MVPs and launching in stages rather than as a complete product makes so much more sense and the marketing chapter was particularly useful given that my tech product already exists. The author's writing style is really enjoyable and he does a great job at introducing technical terms in a way that is easy to understand and helps build confidence. I also really loved his approach of ending each chapter with a summary of key points discussed which I find incredibly useful when trying to really learn and instill the concepts. It also means if you need a quick refresher of anything you have easy points in the book to refer back to. All in all it's an extremely well-written and carefully considered book that really has thought about how to help the reader maximise their chances of learning about a subject that can at first seem quite overwhelming if you are non-technical like me!
