What can I say. It is a scoop. It is exactly as described and does the job perfectly. Used for dispensing soap powder into the washing machine drawer.

Not quite what I had in mind
I should have read the size details. I wanted a scoop for bird seed, but these scoops are tiny, hardly bigger than a teaspoon. I've repurposed them for other uses. They are fine as measuring spoons

Perfect For Purpose
This is a pair of blue scoops. I use them for flour and other powdered foods. They are solid plastic, so they will last. There's nothing to fault about them, they do exactly what they are intended to do. You can keep them in the jar or bag of whatever you use them with for convenience.

These a not fit for purpose to use to add powder to your washing washing.
Far too small. I had to fill 8 times to get enough powder in my washing machine powder draw.
