Odysea Pomegranate Molasses, Glass Bottle, 250 ml

This is a great product, it's a rich thickness texture but still able to mix in drinks which is what I mainly bought it for but you can mix it with other ingredients like balsamic vinegar and apple cider vinegar to make a nice rich tasty dressing or as other reviewers have said you can mix it with deserts, it's excellent Quality and tastes delicious

Excellent quality pomegranate molasses with a rich sweet and tangy flavour. It works brilliantly in Middle Eastern recipes, dressings, marinades and sauces. A little goes a long way.

This is my first time trying pomegranate molasses, and I’d heard great things about it. It’s nicely tangy and full of flavour, but I did notice a slight bitter taste after swallowing it’s not strong or unpleasant at all though. It’s very thick too, so I’m wondering if it’s meant to be diluted a little when using it?I bought it mainly for salad dressings, and it works really well for that, adding a lovely sharp kick. If you’re new to it like me, don’t be put off it’s just got a bit more depth than pure sweetness. A little goes a long way!

I like it, tart and sour taste rather than sweet

Delicious and high quality - no added sugar like some other brands. Good value and healthy, and looks lovely drizzled over a variety of food. I like to drizzle it over plain Greek yogurt. When I eventually make rose ice cream, it will be part of the recipe, adding a pretty pink colour the natural way. Odysea is an excellent brand.

Absolutely delicious pomegranate molasses! Rich, thick, and perfectly balanced between sweet and tangy. I’ve used it in salad dressings and marinades. it adds so much depth of flavour. The quality feels authentic and a little goes a long way. Will definitely be buying again!

Great product that can be used in sweet or savoury dishes. Can even be used a a cordial topped up with water!
