Pomegranate Molasses, Cortas, 300ml

My first trial of this pomegranate molasses, it was really nice, more sour than i expected, and not too sweet which is great. You can add sugar but you can't take it out, so I ever this slightly low sugar product. Used it on Lamb chops and mushrooms so far very nice alternative to using balsamic.

I have been meaning to buy this product for years after watching many cooking programs. I did my research and this came out as one of the cheapest and most positive reviews. I went on the reviews more than the price it just so happen to be one of the cheapest around. I have used this now on my pork ribs and have to say it was absolutely delicious. This is now my new hidden secret ingredient. Item was delivered quick and very well packaged. Its a great buy a must have for any keen cook. Would defiantly recommend.

Very rich, very wonderful. I love it and use it in so many ways. Rub over chicken, lamb or pork to roast, braise and pan fry. Lovely in salad dressings and add a few drops before poaching dried or fresh fruits. Use it in Tagines, which I think is where it's home is. You only need a very small amount.

Brilliant product, very tasty. I wrote to the seller with a query and got an immediate response back. Very pleased with the service received and the molasses. As a marinade to chicken it is divine.

Very good packaging, nice taste but you can make it a bit better comparing with another brand. Also the price as it’s 300ml only is almost the same price of another brand with 500ml which is also better in taste. I gave 4 stars for taste & 2 stars for price

C’est exactement le produit que je cherchais. Je l’utilise régulièrement pour cuisiner (vinaigrette, sauces) et il est parfait Par contre petite mésaventure avec la livraison: le livreur a mis le paquet dans la mauvaise boîte à lettres mais je l’ai récupéré rapidement. Di solito la molassa di melograno la preparo a casa ma questo anno per problemi di logistica non posso. Forse questo e' un lotto andato a male, la molassa brucia facilmente e si caramella. Comunque chiedero un rimborso perche e' immangiabile. Ha un aspetto orribile e n sapore di bruciato. Molto deludente
