Cheap & cheerful, dead easy to fit, seem sturdy enough, cannot fault them.

First i bought these for my sisters cooker, but decided to test with my own cooker first after receiving them.I have an Elba EB 166 cooker. The nob is great. slightly lighter plastic than what comes with cooker. The groves don't align perfectly for the knob to be facing 12 sharp when off. But the variance is barely noticeable once knob is installed.The only negative thing (hence 1 star less) is that he shaft is a bit short in length such that if I had a washer in place, i wouldn't be able to use it well with gas as Gas requires abit of travel (push it in) to turn. Without the washer, it fits almost flash, with just enough room to push in and turn the gas on. However if like me you have not been able to use your cooker because of a missing knob, its a great relief that this works.

I got these to replace old knobs that no longer turn, these fitted perfectly and do the job. Confident that I can safely use the hobs and oven. Glad I brought them.

They were a good price, quality not fantastic but fit well and work. As I said you get what you pay for.

Do not fit. Smaller aperture is right size but shaft is too short (doesn’t allow for pushing in to ignite gas) AND the shaft falls out of the knob. (The knobs we need to replace included in photo - Bush range cooker). So even if it was long enough we’d be super glueing the shaft into the knob. Waste of money. To return they will deduct £3.35 postage from me (it is an A5 large letter envelope so no way it would cost this to return to seller...) which is half the value of the order. What a rip off. Avoid.

Bought this as a replacement and it fits perfectly on standard 6mm gas hob knobs. Made of plastic but sturdy.For anyone struggling to fit it, make sure there isn’t any metal ring or insert from the previous knob still left on the spindle. I tried a few times and figured out eventually. Once that’s removed, it should fit properly.

Ordered black, got silver. Once you fit the adapter it's next to impossible to remove it and refit. Adapter is a push fit with triangular teeth. If you do not fit it exactly as it should be then the knob will not align correctly and will not be at a right angle. Other than that does the job and at a reasonable price.
