Manic Panic Classic Electric Lizard Semi-Permanent (118ml)

Even MORE bright and luminous than you think it might be. Looks awesome and lasts ages (make sure you do it on bleached hair though)!

This is the first time I've used Manic Panic hair dye, my usual being.Roche Directions. However, I fancied a change and liked the selection of colours. So I plumped for After Midnight Blue as I've never been blue before and Purple Haze, I had always been told that blue fades really badly and quickly. However, after using this colour and washing my hair 3 times, I haven't noticed that much of a fade in hair colour. This maybe because I firstly stripped out any old colour with Manic Panic bleaching kit and then let my new colour set, I ended up leaving it on for a couple of hour which didn't damage my hair but did leave a really intense colour which I'm really pleased with.It is really easy to apply, in fact at the same time I also coloured part of my hair purple with Manic Panics Purple Haze, the colours didn't mix into one, even though after putting the colours on I wrapped my hair in clingfilm. If you've never tried Manic Panic, I would recommend it, it certainly has impressed me, if you like Roche Directions you will like Manic Panic.Update: - Since using the two colours I have found that the colour is 'slipping' off my hair in parts, so I keep getting patches of bleach, I've never had this happen before, fading yes, but colour refusing to remain on my hair is new. It's easy enough to add more colour, but it's a bit of a hassle, it might just be me, but ......

Fabulous colour used this for a Beetlejuice cosplay and was very impressed with the result, easy to wash out but great for a night

I’ve been dying my hair red for the past 10+ years between hair salons and permanent box dyes (when I don’t have the funds for it to be professionally done).I’ve stuck to the same box dye for a while as I find it works for me and I just love the colour. However I have an appointment to get my hair done next month but wanted to give my hair a bit of a refresh for my birthday (and also hide the greys!). So i needed to find a semi permanent dye to make it less hassle for my hairdresser.I spent the day looking at so many different brands and red semi-permanent dyes and came across this one. My hair is naturally quite dark so I knew it wouldn’t do much to that, but it has really made my already red hair more vibrant and I LOVE it! It didn’t quite get all of my greys but I think that is just down to application. I’ve literally only just dyed it today so time will tell how long it lasts. The container says ‘lasts up to 5 washes’. If you have long hair like myself, you will end up using the whole container.My only negative comment is; it just runs EVERYWHERE once washed. Thankfully I blow-dried my hair straight away so it only went on a towel I’m not too fussed about. It does stain your scalp (I couldn’t avoid my scalp as hard as I tried!) and it has left a very slight stain where my hair came into contact with my skin.I only took off 1-star for this as I’m not too fussed with how long it lasts as I’ll be getting my hair done again in 5 weeks.If you are looking for something for the short term and don’t mind it running a bit after you’ve washed it, I say go for it.

Do you want your hair to be bright pink? Because this is how you make your hair bright pink!! It's semi permanent but clings to your hair like a sloth baby on a zip line.

ive used this brand and colour twice, the first time was in 2022 and second time being this year, im not sure if its because i have bleached hair but the colour does NOT stick at all, it faded out after the first wash and just gradually faded to a horrible greeny bluey colour, 2022 when i used it i was having to redye it every week because it just kept fading, i decided to try them again this year giving them the benefit of the doubt because i got told that the colour was fading because i was just throwing it onto my hair without an under colour, so the second time i used it was put ontop of a red colour and like in 2022 it just faded with every wash, i wouldnt even recommend anyone using it as just a temporary colour because its left parts of my hair looking green and im having to bleach it again :') i would honestly avoid and look into another brand because this is just not it....

My fave purple 💜 Mixed with Ultra violet and Hothot /Cotton candy pink. my always go to colours for 10+ years! I like leaving it overnight because its truly stays for months.It does eventually turns blue (mostly ultraviolet) but yhen I like going over an amplified hothotpink on the whole head and gives even more fun glow to the various shades like a mermaid 💜🩷

pros:i dyed my hair with this a few weeks ago, the colour is still fairly vibrant even after washing my hair every 2 days.i like the red, it’s a lot duller than other reds i used and less shiny. it’s a lot more more matte and i like that, and the variety of colours to choose from is really cool.it shows up really well on my naturally brown hair. it is also fairly cheap considering i only really needed a quarter of the bottle. less waste!cons: at first i was a little sceptical as when i put the dye on my head it looked VERY pink. my hands and scalp were dyed bright pink for a few days after using this dye, which made my hair look pink which wasn’t really something i liked. the pinkness did fade after a few days.it also stained the shower when i was washing it out, if the tiniest bit of dye hit the floor it took a lot of effort to get it out in comparison to box dyes i’ve used.even after weeks, my pillows are still getting stained pink. whenever i shower the water still runs slightly pink in comparison to box dyes i’ve used where the water runs clear after about 3 washes. i’d be wary if i wore light colored clothing.

Alors pour commencer, c'est un rouge qui part un tout petit peu vers le rose !-Personnellement je l'ai fait au dessus de mon ancien rouge et c'est une tuerie. J'a lu certains commentaires et apparemment certaines personnes auraient les cheveux secs après la colo. Honnêtement, je trouve mes cheveux plus doux et beaux, peut-être que vous avez mal fait votre colo car ce n'est pas comme d'habitude.Je vais vous expliquer :-Lavez vous les cheveux avant de faire la colo et si possible avec un shampooing préparateur de couleur puis sans après shampooing.-Ensuite attendez que vos cheveux sèches (ou sécher au sèche cheveux) poser la couleur sur les racines (Eviter le crâne, j'me retrouve avec du rouge sur tout le dessus) puis sur la longueur. (D'ailleurs si vous avez les cheveux longs prenez deux pots car ils sont vrmt petits).-Laissez poser 30 min ou + (j'ai laissé deux heures car j'avais oubliée aha). Plus vous laissez poser, plus il y a d'intensité.-Puis rincer vos cheveux à l'eau froide (jusqu'à ce que l'eau soit clair) et sans shampooing bien sûr !Si mon commentaire vous à aidez, liké !
