Great coffee maker for Turkish Coffee, Even cleaning / rinsing cycle after brewing 2-4 cups. Can slow or fast brew easy to make cups in central brewing chamber. Water chamber for brewing and cleaning cycles. also dispenses coffee into cups instead of having to transfer manually. Good d value for convenience and versatility though moderately expensive, but if you like your Turkish coffee conveniently prepared, this does the job admirably.

best coffee maker, i have bought 1 for my restaurant a year ago and recently bought another one for my deli/grocery.

I ask you to respect the customers. I bought another machine that does not work and I suffer because of not sending a label to return it to you. Please solve this problem

I can't really rate the machine fairly because I could never get it to complete the initial cycle of calculating the boiling point per altitude. It got part way into the cycle, and then reverted to all blinking lights, which, according to page 18 of the manual, indicates it's no longer a functional appliance. I attempted the start up cycle several times - all to no avail. Sad thing is, it cost me about 1/2 the price of the machine to ship it back to Amazon UK (from the USA). So, this purchase was a horrendous decision. I even purchased a step-up power converter of 2000 watts (nearly 3x the 710 watts rating of the machine); so I seriously doubt my power converter was inadequate for the task. I had written the Arzum Okka company, via their online "contact us" form, to ask them for their recommendations on usage in the USA, but they never bothered to respond to me. So, I researched the subject thoroughly, and most said 2-3x the machine's required wattage would easily handle it. And, it appeared to power it easily, but it just failed to complete the initial cycle so I could actually use it. [UPDATED: Apr 12 2016] True to their word, I just received a USA version of the coffeemaker and couldn't be more pleased. Thanks to Arzum Okka for great customer service.

This is one of the best Amazon purchased I have ever made, superb quality, makes coffee exactly how is should be enjoyed, I was a little worried about paying this high price but so worth it, money well spent and a great product to have in my office.

I really like this coffee maker. Good size with stunning design and a very very tasty coffee.

This machine is perfect, I bought it to use in my Coffeeshop and i always get very good feedback from my client, also it’s very easy use, so all my staff are comfortable with it, it has 2 options, first one is for quick coffee takes about a minute, second option takes about 3-4 minutes giving same taste like the one made under fire, however both options are great. Do not need to make full spoon of coffee, you can reduce it which will be better.
