Usborne books can be relied on for good quality books at reasonable prices. This book is a board book. Which is probably good as it can withstand the endless opening & closing of the tabs. This look inside 'Our World Book' is another hit with myself and my grandchildren. AGE 3 & 5 years Size 22cm x 20cm Full of colourful pages with lots of flaps to open. The information is well written & the children enjoy talking about the topics as we go through the book. Very educational lots of facts to absorb presented in a fun way.

A great book for children, with lots of interesting information. My child is interested in the world, so this was ideal for him, but even if your child is not a big lover of geography, the bright colours, the illustrations and the lift the flap element makes it interesting for all children. We read this most days, and my 5 year old can tell me a lot of the information that he has remembered. Great book for kids to use, to help them learn about the world and where we live.

Fasting delivery, wonderful book. A gift for Xmas I know will be enjoyed.

This book I bought for my soon to be 6yr old who is inquisitive about anything related to planets and earth and the world in general. The pages are bright and attractive throughout. Small bursts of text that breaks down information into very readable/understandable chunks for young readers. It covers an array of things, planets, under the sea, the water cycle, Antarctica, deserts etc. I honestly can not say how good this book is. It was such a lovely, fun factual book. My now 6 year old would love to be a scientist

This was bought for a curious child who at the same time is a slightly hesitant reader. The book has lots of information about 'Our World' and is broken up into several different themes so the child can look at one double page spread at a time without feeling overwhelmed. This book is well illustrated and there are pictures and written information under each flap. It would have been good if it contained some simple history of our world in one double page spread such as the Ice ASge, Stone Age and how we know about them but still a great book.

We love this book. Our boy (3.5yrs old) is totally captivated by the images and we spend a lot of time reading and learning. He loves opening all the flaps. It really is one of the most engaging books we own. Also the topics covered give them a great head start when they start school.

This book is amazing. The flaps make it more amusing and keep the attention of younger children. I bought two different titles for children aged 3 and 7 and it’s suitable for both ages with variations in level of understanding so lasts a few years. The kids can keep going back to the book and learning new things each time. The 7 year old is able to read the book herself with little printing and is able to discuss and understand the contents. The 3 year old likes the pictures and lifting the flaps more at the moment but will sit and listen and reasonably understand the content. These books are an excellent addition to children’s libraries and great value for money

Bought as part of a gift for my very young grandson. With flaps that lift to reveal even more surprises it engages & informs him at the same time. He's a big fan of finding flaps to lift in books. He's only two & a half, but I'm told he loves it.

This is the kind of book I would’ve read over and over as a kid. I appreciate the detailed information and different shaped flaps and I know my nephew will too.
