Great fiber gummies that stay soft and have a good flavor. My one suggestion would be to package them in a wide mouth container that you can get your hand into. They tend to stick together and it can be difficult to get them out

I love these fiber gummies. My only issue is, they’re so good I eat them like candy. But it’s better than eating regular gummies which are bad for you. It also satisfies my sweet cravings. And of course the obvious benefit, I’m regular.

I don't think they taste very good. I date them to help me feel more regular. I don't know if they work or not to be honest but I take them just in case
