Is it cruelty free? i.e. approved by peta or cruelty free international (leaping bunny logo)?

Bought this as a gift for a friend, but I do remember that it didn't say anything about cruelty free on the box and the international symbol wasn't there either. Didn't look at the container though. Might be a good idea to contact the seller.

After TIGI bedhead changed their formula I was shown this by my barber. Really good stuff, really light which is great as I have quite fine hair which can collapse with a heavier wax..
