UPDATEExcellent product for the price, used it outside (dry paving slabs) was worried the tape supplied on the carpet wouldnt hold as was also going up a couple of steps , but it held really well and looked fab. Didnt snag even with high heels or move it rained later on and it still looked ok. Great for a one time use, Would definately buy this again.Will update this review once product has been used, but for now very happy with it. The length and width is good, colour good, material a little thin, but hey what do you want for £5.99 it's not going to be like a real red carpet for that price is it. not sure how I'm going to hold it down as it's going outside on concrete and the tpae provided probably is not going to do much, but will cross that v=bridge when we come to it. will let you know how it goes.......

Obviously not 'a' carpet but it does the job, the adhesive strips were more than adequate, I attached mine to concrete, (I don't know what it would be like trying to remove it from real carpet!) I bought two of these, and ran it from the front door to the pavement, lined both sides with balloons, and the effect was amazing, everyone walked down the red carpet when leaving. Good product, (please note, I put mine down on a dry day), impressed.

Not sure what this is aimed at but it’s beyond terrible. You can’t walk on it, it’s about as thick as wrapping paper

Didn’t fix to the floor for long and looked cheap

This carpet is made of a type of material that is a bit like a very thick j-cloth. It is easily cut to size and very durable. It remained in perfect condition throughout the night - despite being walked on constantly by adults - and only suffered a small tear due to being caught on someone's stiletto type heel. The tape which is attached to the carpet was sufficiently sticky to hold it in place. I recommend this carpet and would definitely buy it again.

I was most impressed with these for the price. I had to use two next to each other for the width I wanted and they stuck to each other well. They had a lot of feet over them during the course of the day ( including children running about) and lasted the whole way through. Would buy again.

I didn’t have high expectations for this product based on previous reviews and price. However, it really didn’t last very long at all. My daughter ripped it within 5 minutes when she ran down the red carpet. It then got ripped many more times over the next hour or two, ended up removing it and putting in the bin, midway through the party. Then spent an hour the next morning scrubbing the sticky tape off the vinyl flooring.Would not recommend……

Excellent value for money. We used for a wedding, it has been on a concrete path for 5 days with people walking back and forth day and night with dogs and kids running up it too and its still in great condition.Looks a bit like weed control fabric, but def has no sign of wear on it yet and double sided tape has not budged in the slightest. Fantastic for any party. :-)
