You'll LOVE it!!
Wow! What a great product. Half baseball size hernia pushed back inside and kept in place. Wore it all day without discomfort. This is the third truss I have purchased. First two were beyond awful. Wore them for two hours or so and couldn't stand them. Didn't have high hopes for this one either. Boy, what a great surprise. Surgery in six weeks and I'll be wearing this truss for 2 months after that. THIS IS THE ONE! Got it? Get it. You won't be disappointed.

Good For Temporary Relief
When it comes to this type of product, it really depends a lot on the location of the problem, the extent of the problem and the fit of the device. For me this worked well most of the time, but there were times I'd reach for another device. It comes with two different shaped pads that can be positioned in numerous directions, so it does offer a lot of flexibility. My only complaint is the rubberized surface on the inside can make it difficult to pull up and position, but then it does stay in place.I will say though that you should use this as short a period of time as possible, because surgery, preferably quick recovery robotic surgery, is the ultimate solution. This device can make the condition bearable, but it is unlikely to make it better in the long term, unless maybe the condition is minor.I would say though

Very good design and materials, comfortable all day
I bought this to replace an earlier order of a cheaper brand which is not much good. After my first day of use, I think this one might be ideal. The waist belt is close to 3 inches wide and made of super strong elastic, which provides more than enough tightness. Its width helps it to lie flat against the body without rolling. The crotch belt elasticity is also more than enough for me, meaning as it begins to stretch with age there will still be enough tension to do the job. The Velcro is very grabby and in the right places, should last a long time. I will try to pull it on each morning without having to adjust the belt, to preserve the velcro. Comes with 2 pads, the thinner one is perfect for me.So far, very pleased. At the end of the day, no discomfort at all. My hernia has been there for 30 years or so, never painful, I press it back into place each morning and with a good truss it stays in place for the rest of the day.I am in my 80s now, and plan to wear a truss until the end. Will leave instructions for the embalmer on my adjustment preferences.

poor instructions on use
poor instructions on use , no pictures of item on a person that are large enough to see what attaches where.Other than that it appears to be a quality item and came in the correct size.

if you have a big belly think of buying the underwear offered on other sites
I guess I would tell the seller of this product to offer pictures of a man or woman that has a midsize belly ,I wore this this morning for two hours Iam 74 168 lbs 5ft8.5 inches with a midsize belly .My opinion, it is not for every day use but to use it if you plan on lifting medium to heavy weights for a short period of time I can see it benefits.Plus the different size of pads do hurt when you bend forward to pick something off the ground or sittng and leaning forward. For me I could not wear all day

Good Inguinal Hernia Support Belt
This belt supports the proper area if I need to do heavy lifting. Already had a hernia repair about 23 years ago. This belt allows me to lift with confidence when it starts flaring up again. Otherwise it is not needed. I did not use the optional crotch strap and did not use either of the thick hernia pads. The pads were made of soft fabric so I imagine they would be comfortable. Good product.
