Secret Gratitude Book

Came in mint condition it was perfectly fine

I have known about 'The Secret', and the law of attraction since 2009, and everything that I have since this time, I am extremely grateful for, and even more so for the opportunity to buy such a beautiful book, just the daily quotes really do make you feel extremely grateful for all that I have, I remember listening to Oprah Winfrey as she spoke about how her career changed totally, from zero to hero at an alarming rate since knowing about 'The Secret', known as 'The Colour Purple' back then by Oprah Winfrey... Extremely beautiful bound book, I can not stop looking at it, it as such a powerful meaning, I could not help but have a tear as I read out loud some of the daily quotes, smashing book, worth every penny, if you don't believe in 'The Secret', that's totally fine, but please don't start hurling abuse at those of us that do, as no one, and I mean no one, as a right to steal our dreams and aspirations. I'm Extremely Grateful, Thank You. (x) I have bought two, one for my wife,who uses 'The Secret', without fail, I might add, and she to, is extremely grateful for the things that have come fruitful, the first and foremost that we are extremely grateful for is our health, without good health, you would really struggle...Thank You. Buy This Book,You Won't Have Any Regrets... :-)

I purchased this notebook after reading The Magic which a friend lent to me. I already have many empty notebooks but knew that if I was to start and maintain this discipline of gratitude, that having a special notebook would help me do this - whatever works, right? I love the quality of the hardback cover and the pages. I love that there is just enough room to write concise simple sentences. I love that it feels more than a notebook. The gratitude book goes perfectly with the series of The Secret books and is the perfect tool to set you on your journey. It may be small in size, but it's mighty in purpose. I would definitely recommend purchasing the whole series.

I recently read Rhonda Byrne's original book 'The secret' and immediately knew I had to order every single one she has, so I did. When I ordered this one, I thought it would be full of content but, there's only content on the first few pages - followed by many blank pages for your gratitude now & gratitude intentions. (This is not a negative, this is the greatest thing about it). It initially gives you a brief introduction to gratitude and how to practise it and then pages for you to do it. This really helped me to practise gratitude daily and make it a part of my life. Secondly, each page has cute little 'quotes' which I love reading each day. You don't need to have read her original book to purchase this one but I would definitely recommend it.

This is the Gratitude Book from Rhonda Byrne. It is a companion book for the best selling self-help book - The Secret. Although to be honest I think it is best used as a companion to her other book - The Magic, as this book is all about gratitude, but more in-depth. Anyway the book is of very nice quality throughout. It has a nice 'aged' look to it which gives it style and authenticity. It has a hard cover and a flip front which is secured closed with hidden magnets. The book is basically a blank that you will use to make lists with things you are grateful for in life. From big things like your home and job. To small things like the glasses you wear to see or read, or toothpaste that allows you to clean your teeth and keep them healthy everyday. I'm guessing you already know why you would do this though as I assume you are already familiar with Rhonda Byrne's writings. Why use this book instead of a normal notepad that is less than half the cost? Because this will likely motivate you more in continuing with the exercise of making gratitude lists than a normal Pukka Pad will. And you are more likely to take it seriously. Plus, if you have an appreciation for nice things then you will definitely like this. Inside the pages are lined with slightly wonky lines which give the book a nice effect throughout. There is also a quote on every page which give you ideas if you're stuck. Also there is a red ribbon bookmark. Do I like this? - Yes I do! Do I think this is overpriced? Yes, slightly. I think this should retail for around £6 - £8. But then what do I know about manufacturing costs? Nothing really! None the less I have marked it down 1 star due tot he price.
