It depends on who you buy it from / how much you payed. I played any £150 and got a T-Stak and some basic tools. If you pay £99 I would expect the tool only.

Hi what battery works with this as a have a Dewalt multi cutter?

You need an 18 (20 non DeWalt) volt XR lithium Ion battery. I use mine with a 3A/h DeWalt battery. Wouldn't use it with a lower rate battery as I often need that extra but of oomph that a 2A/h battery can't deliver but a 4A/h one should be fine.

Can this drill use the flexvolt 54v battery ?

You can use any 18v XR tool with any 54v FlexVolt battery's - the only down side is the weight of the battery's as they tend to be a lot heavier !!!!
