Exhaust on my Mitsubishi L200 is 54mmED and this tailpiece is 55mmID so was expecting it to be a fairly tight fit anyway but when trying to fit the bolts they wouldn’t start in the threads. They were just a tad short to go through the clamping pieces and get a hold of the threaded piece. Managed to find some S/S bolts in my shed that were a bit longer and they did the job. Good solid fit . Would say though be careful when tightening the bolts not to go too tight especially if your exhaust is a bit corroded or older. You may end up piercing the pipe with the clamps. Overall very happy with the item.

A little fiddly to fit but everything to do with exhausts seems to be. Fitted to the back of a Dutton kit, looks better but above all points the exhaust downwards so it's much quieter in the car, so I assume outside also. Nearly gave it 4 stars as it was a little expensive (£15) for what it is.

the pipe is good and the correct size but the bolting protrusions reduces the inner diameter hence causing fitting problems which is not explained when buying it luckily my tailpipe was flared so i just cut off the flare.

Idea was to replace the tarnished pip end on our motorhome. Sadly this was just a fraction too small so we had to return it. Returns process very easy and refunded very fast.
