Very comfortable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good enough and comfortable on the bar *by L***T on 8 October 2020* I mainly bought this for my girlfriend. I don't use it as I prefer to feel the bar across my neck/shoulders, but I have tried it out and it is very comfortable for squatting and hip thrusts/bridges. It's thicker than I imagined so in my opinion it makes the bar feel a bit unstable for squatting, I would like it to be slightly thinner. The straps are also annoying. It would be better if they were stitched in place as you have to fully remove them to wrap them around the foam once it is on the bar, feed it through the little loop then back onto the velcro... it's fiddly sometimes but it's alright.
