I have extreme sciatic, hip, and lower back pain and I was looking for some relief ... there just wasn't any. I used it for weeks in hopes that it would do something, but in the end I was just in more pain than before.

I have had back issues my whole life which left me in a lot of pain. This helps everything to relax so I can function during the day and get better sleep at night.

Great product, but....There is a small node in the center of the pad. Pokes into my spine and I find it quite annoying. Dont see the reason for that. Otherwise its a great product.

I was looking for a way to care for my back while On the road and therefore nowhere near my chiropractor. This helps. More than I thought it would. Be gentle with the traction piece as I have ended up sore by doing the entire automated cycle. But that might also be because I’m shorter than average.I use it on the bed and with the little platform it works fine.

Easy to use out of the box, have auto and manual modes, vibration feels really nice, and the heat is an added bonus.The only negative is that the cord is 5 feet short, so you have to be close to an outlet.

Works great. Very relaxing and relives lower back pain.

Bought this and posture pump at the same time. Returned the posture pump and keeping this. Just hope it lasts over time.
