Felt i needed some creatine since I hit a plateau in my workouts. Had to load it for the first week, the next week I really felt my workouts were better and more intense. I was able to squeeze out those last few reps. It should last quite a long time too, since after the initial loading phase you just need 5 grams a day. It's tasteless and dissolves easily too

This is a wel packaged item. It is easy to mix. It doesn't have a scoop but I use a teaspoon. It misses well in milk and in water. It leaves little in the way of aftertaste. It is a scientifically proven supplement and as ON make their own I would use this brand over others. I use it 30 mins before exercise and you could also use it after as well. I can really feel the gains just when you think there is no energy left to lift the last few reps you find you the power... It's fab. One word of advice drink shed loads of water as it will leave you dehydrated otherwise

I have been on and off creatine using cycles for just over a year now. Im sure you all know what creatine does, but if you dont it is for increasing size and strength, combining with the right nutrition and training program. It holds water once in your system therefore makes you look bigger. However once you come off it you lose the water retention. Creatine loading is where you take 25g a day of creatine for a week, and from then on drop down to 5g a day. This is just a way of speedign results and gains. As for this product I have a few pros and cons: Pros: cheaper than some I have brought in the past. good brand I cant say anything on gains this is my first day of this brnad. Cons: The brands I have brought in the past came with a little spoon so you knew how much you were taking, I have to use a teaspoon, so I know its a rpox 5g but maybe more. No spoon Makes me fatigued/tired So I hope this has helped.

I have bought creatine from many brands over the last few years and this is by far the best. It mixes great in a shake and appears to completely dissolve, whereas all the others i have had left a grainy texture, especially near the bottom of the drink. Mix the quality with the cost (the same if not slightly cheaper than competitors) against its competitors and you have a winner.

This creatine powder mixes really well. I have tried a tablet form by another company, but it never came anywhere close to this product. Mixes very well, and I cannot taste it when mixed with my juice. I don't intend to change to another product, and definitely recommend it. Oh, and yes it can be used by the ladies...I just notice that I can carry more water when using it, so I cycle it as appropriate. The water comes off very quickly when I cycle off it. It is just a personal preference for me to do this.

Three containers probably says more about how I feel about this creatine than anything else. I've been taking 5g every day for about six months as part of my strength-training routine, usually blending it right into two scoops of Optimum Nutrition whey protein. Since it's unflavored, I don't taste it at all once it's in my shake, and it hasn't changed the texture either. It dissolves really well in the blender and I haven't had clumps, powder collecting at the bottom, or residue left behind. I've also had no bloating, cramping, stomach discomfort, or other issues from taking it daily. Since adding creatine to my routine I've personally noticed that I feel like I have some extra strength and energy during my workouts, especially when I'm trying to push through additional reps, which is one of the main reasons I've stayed consistent with it. I originally chose it because I've used Optimum Nutrition products for years and trust the brand, and after six months I haven't been given a reason to switch. The price has been reasonable too, and I've actually found it cheaper on Amazon at times than what I can get it for locally. It's simple, mixes without any hassle, doesn't interfere with my protein shake, and I've had a good experience using it every day. I'll continue buying it and would definitely recommend it to someone looking for an unflavored creatine to add to a strength-training routine.

Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und wie immer einwandfrei! Der Preis ist unschlagbar und das für so einen Hersteller wie "Optimum Nutrition"! Die Dose reicht für etwa 2 Monate wenn man pro Tag max. 5g einnimmt, mehr Creatin kann der Körper sowieso nicht verarbeiten und scheidet es wieder aus. Ein Teelöffel reicht demnach pro Tag völlig aus. Eine Wirkung war festzustellen, ob das nur vom Creatin und dem Wasser kommt, kann ich natürlich nicht beurteilen. Einreden kann man es sicher aber :-D :) >Fazit:< Meiner Meinung nach ein sehr gutes Pulver, das sich perfekt in Fruchtsäften auflöst. Am besten mit einem lauwarmen Getränk zu sich nehmen. Ob es bei Euch auch hilft, müsst ihr selbst herausfinden. Nahrungsergänzungsmittel wirken bekanntlich bei Jedem anders! Als Einstieg würde ich das Produkt jedem weiter empfehlen, da der Preis und die Menge super sind!
