This cable has helped make my battery last longer with the fact that it turns off after 100% which should be a standard feature on cables. It’s a wonderful cable, charges quicker than the normal Apple cable (like 20-30% quicker, not quick charge speed, but still worth it), and I would definitely get this cable if you’re concerned about making your battery last longer 👍🏽

Very pleased with this purchase. Well made and with the added benefit of an LED. The LED flashes when you first connect then gently fades in and out while charging. When fully charged the LED stops pulsing and remains lit. Very easy at a glance as to whether your phone is changed or not. I’ve not long owned this so how it’s yet to stand the test of time! I would recommend this to others.

This cable is nicely designed and solidly built. There is something rather tactile and satisfying about the sculpted USB connector. The smart charge feature means it has a gently pulsing green light while charging, which shuts off when the battery is full. The iPhone’s charging status indicator confirms it really has stopped charging. Whether this makes any significant difference to battery life or power consumption I couldn’t say (I think phones already have something similar built in), but the idea is nice, and for the low price it’s a cool added feature. Downsides: although the green glow is not super-bright and doesn't keep me awake, I could really do without any light at all when I'm trying to sleep. Then, once it's reached full charge and cleverly shut off, it doesn't come back on again until I physically unplug it and plug it back in again. As I have SleepCycle running overnight, my phone is always around 85% and not charging when I wake up, because it reached full charge around 2am and has been gradually running down since then. I have to unplug and replug and hope it charges up again while I'm getting ready to go out.

Brilliant customer service from this seller. The cable itself has a fantastic strong fabric feel that is not seen on any of the official Apple cables. The LED light indicated when it’s charging and when it’s off (to stop overcharging) which looks so hi-tec and awesome. It also comes with a tab so that you can adjust the length of the wire and you can fold it easily using the tab and can therefore pack it anywhere. The usb and lightning sections are also made of out premium aluminium than plastic that is found on the Official Apple cables.

Absolute rubbish, the metal tip came off inside my ipad and I need an expensive repair to remove it......don’t buy this product....its expensive and of very poor metallic contacts quality!!! BEWARE

Like that it cuts out at 100% and the cable itself feels very good.. only downfall is that any slight movement will disconnect the cable. Bought 2 and had the exact same issue. Pretty big flaw given most people use their phone while charging

Already had one of these, needed another for my iPad and iPhone to charge at the same time using a great double usb power bank. I really love the durability. Weirdly it’s the white tie closer that I think is the best thing! You can find it in your bag and it’s not twisting around other things. Superb quality, yes it’s more expensive but, it really is worth the price.

Not too impressed with this charging cable , great that it lights up when charging but doesn’t seem to charge any faster than the normal cable ,in fact it seems to take longer .wouldnt recommend buying one again

Dopo alcuni cicli di utilizzo, per verificare il corretto funzionamento, posso affermare che il cavo rispetta le promesse del produttore. Una volta raggiunto il 100% di carica vine interrotta l’alimentazione andando così a salvaguardare la batteria del telefono. Infine i materiali di costruzione risultano di ottima qualità, utile anche il laccetto in gomma per mantenere il cavo arrotolato.

Comme prévu pendant la charge, la led clignote orange à la fin de la charge elle devient fixe et de couleur verte.

Ich habe das Kabel nun etwas länger als 11 Monate, war bisher super zufrieden. Nach jedem Ladevorgang hat es sich automatisch abgeschaltet, also hält genau was es verspricht. Nur zuletzt war ich etwas enttäuscht, als der Stecker vom Lightning USB Kabel in meinem IPhone abgebrochen ist. Habe hier den Verkäufer kontaktiert, er versicherte mir ein Ersatzkabel zu liefern, hierfür erhält er 5 Sterne :-) Trotz allem bewerte ich das Kabel mit gut!

Tous les câbles devraient être aussi pratiques que celui-ci! Il indique clairement quand l’appareil est en charge, quand il est chargé et d’une part le protège des micro-cycles de charge / décharge qui usent les batteries et d’autre part permettent en un coup d’oeil de savoir si on peut débrancher son appareil. C’est devenu le compagnon indispensable de mes i-appareils.

Das Kabel macht einen robusten Eindruck und erfüllt grundsätzlich seine Funktion wie beschrieben. Einen Nachteil im Vergleich zum original Kabel von Apple habe ich allerdings bisher gefunden: Car Play verträgt sich nicht mit dem Kabel, teilweise stürzt sogar das komplette Infotainment-System ab. Testen konnte ich dies bisher nur mit einem Golf 7 Facelift, die Car Play Verbindung bricht mit dem Mcdodo-Kabel alle paar Minuten ab, mit dem original Kabel läuft seit mehreren tausend Kilometern alles ohne Probleme.
