Definitely worth it!
Super impressed! I received an advisory on my MOT for foggy head lights and this did the trick. We did watch a YouTube video to show us how to use it and the chap said that it only lasts about 6months so we will see how long it lasts. In addition to this kit you also need: gloves, electric screwdriver, pot of for water. You just need a blob of the solution on the buffer head the majority of the work is taping and sanding, think it took 1hour to do both head lights.

Sceptical but Amazed!
After choosing not to physically replace the scuffed, dull, yellowed headlight covers on my 2012 Honda Jazz at a cost of nearly ยฃ200, I googled cleaners and this came up. Always sceptical of a "Miracle product", I read a good chunk of the reviews and reluctantly parted with my ยฃ27. I needn't have worried. This stuff really is incredible! The state of my headlights was so bad that they felt like running your hand over a scouring pad. Yellower than my teeth, and so dim that a few weeks ago I purchased brighter bulbs thinking it was the bulb that was the problem. Extra things you need though.. 1. Cordless drill. 2. Masking tape. 3. Couple of microfibre cloths. 4. Water spray bottle. 5. Something padded to kneel on. (I'm 52) 6. About an hour to complete the job. The method I used is as follows and got epic results: 1. Mask off the area round the headlights to protect your paintwork from the gunk and chemicals. 2. Clean headlight free of any dirt thoroughly. 3. Spray headlight with water and start with the #1 pad in a horizontal motion for 2 minutes, keeping wet with a few sprays of water, then wash and wipe clean. 4. Wet headlight again then use the #2 pad in a vertical motion, keeping wet as above, for another 2 minutes, then wash and wipe clean. 5. Repeat as above with pad #3 left - right, and finally pad #4 up - down, keeping wet all the time. I chose this order as you can get more force applied on the last pad going up - down. After a final rinse and dry it was time for the bottle of magic juice. Applied a good dollop to the drill attachment buffer head thingy and with the drill at its slowest speed, gently worked the cleaning fluid over the entire headlight for about a minute. Once polished off with another clean, dry microfibre cloth I stood back to admire the results. Absolutely amazing! Seriously looked like brand new (see photo) Well impressed. 5*

Just as well I didnt need to be too coarse
Did a great job on my headlights with the 3 and 4 grade sanding pads and fluid but relieved I didnt need the coarser 1 and 2 grade pads as they were missing from the box

Really good product
I used this kit on the headlights of my 2004 astra, they were in pretty bad shape so although I tried the solution and buffing pad first I found I needed to use the emery pads supplied to remove the worst of the oxidisation, I followed the instructions to the word, and they are very concise clear instructions too, and when I was finished the appearance of the headlights was a dramatic improvement, I have no doubt that the lighting performance can only be better as a result. Obviously a new set of headlights will be perfect, and this kit did not leave my headlights in as new condition, but I cannot find fault with the kit in any way, as the appearance of the headlights is drastically improved and the car looks much younger as a result, I highly recommend this headlight restoration kit to anyone who wants to improve the look of their oxidised headlights, and weighed against the cost of a new headlight I reckon this kit is great value for money also. It took me around an hour and a half in total to restore both headlights, and I found the kit very easy to use, my only advice would be to make sure you use plenty of water if using the emery pads and take your time, you should be impressed with the results.

Worth the money
Very good product. I forgot to make a photo before I started. First photo it's from the middle of process.

Probably okay for light oxidation.
My headlights were cloudier at the top part but not too bad in the lower half and therefore since they weren't too bad overall I thought this kit would be sufficient to bring them back up to like new condition. As directed, I used the polish compound first but it had little effect. I then used the wet and dry pads which gave a better result but still not perfect; I still had a noticeably cloudy effect after using the pads and polish again. No amount of the rubbing with the pads was going to bring the lens back to perfect condition. I think if the kit had included a courser grit to start with then it may have given a better result. On reflection I think that I should have just gone for the 3M kit as I suspect that this may deliver a better result. I guess it depends on what result you are after. This kit may be adequate for improving headlight condition (to give a MOT pass for instance) but if the plastic is heavily oxidized then it may struggle to give you a perfect result.

WOW What an excellent Product.
My elderly parents are in their 80s and will not be changing their 17-year-old car. It sits outside their house facing the sun and gets used during the summer when they go down to the countryside for the summer. The headlights on my father's car were hazy and white from sun exposure. I had searched all the usual fixes - toothpaste, etc. I found this product on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I was shocked by the lack of effort and amazing results. I am no mechanic or an expert DIYer by any means. This product was so easy to use. The instructions are clear and easily followed. The time taken was probably 15 to 20 minutes. The amount of product used was probably 20-30%. The results achieved were so significant that a young petrolhead neighbour came to inquire what the product was, and he immediately ordered it on Amazon. This is a wonderful product I highly recommend.

Great Car Lens restorer
This was surprisingly good. I watched a video on YT which gave a detailed explanation of what to do. The instruction on the box aren't brilliant. The issue was, it stated in the instructions, to see more how to use on the box. However, its not on the box, its on a peel off part of the bottle label. My CRV lights were badly fogged and would fail the MOT. I wasn't convinced but hey ho, they came up brilliantly. I did buy Scotch acrylic wipes to seal the lens. Took me an hour altogether on a dry day. Would recommend. See my genuine pics, before and after. I suggest you sit in a stool to do them, save backache.

WORKS
First, you do need a good drill. I have a cheesy Black and Decker 20V drill and it worked for me. I was extremely happy to see this worked on my semi hazi headlights. I decided to get on move on as I started seeing a heavier haze. Hopefully I did this on time. for now, they look great, almost going on a month. I do read other reviews that say this is a temporary fix and that they'll be back to yellow in no time, so I will update my review whenever yellowing starts. I have been giving my lenses a dose of Blue Magic 730-6 Headlight Lens Sealer which i bought at my local auto parts store, so hopefully they'll last a while. If you can live with the fact that your lenses will not look as new as the first day you got your car, this product will satisfy you.

Even worked to take paint off tail lights!
We purchased a 10 year old car and the headlights were very cloudy and the previous owner had painted the tail lights black and they looked really bad. Originally we were just going to purchase new but they were very expensive because we would have to replace the whole assembly. After seeing photos and reading reviews we decided it was a small price to pay and if it did not work it was still worth a try. We were so surprised at the results! We did purchase extra sandpaper as I read in a previous review but did not need much of it. It does take a lot of elbow grease but the results are worth it. After the tail lights the yellow buffer that comes with it was destroyed, but still go the job done. We forgot to take a before photo of the first headlight so we took one of the other side. I would most definitely purchase again.
