Poems that give me the strength to hope
Picked up this poetry collection when I was really depressed and found so much comfort in reading it. There are poems that show me a new angle of looking at life, e.g. the ones from the chapter "Roots and Freedom", which contains different philosophical pondering; while the part "Pain and Healing" and "Youth and Growth" are like the whispers of reassurance and understanding that I didn't know I deserve.Would recommend it to anyone struggling with life. Love every word in it!

Reflective Journey on Life!
Reading poems from this book is like walking alongside the author while she grows up. Reflecting on experiences of herself and others that she has crossed paths with, the book covers a range of topics that everyone would resonate with! The book chapters also stitch together seemingly contrasting ideas, which I undoubtedly find very intriguing! The poems are beautifully set out and written. There is always food for thought in each piece, capturing the thoughts, feelings and sentiments of so many. Highly recommend!

A book to read, keep and re-read!
Words in the flow is a superb title for a poetry collection, it says it all as a good summary, linking things up and making them flow. I Love how poems are organised and structured in this book in a poetic way with thoughtfulness. The themes are very common in our daily lives, it is easy to resonate. It certainly feels like walking the long journey with the poet admiring her love of words. Genuine experience shared, including challenging moments of difficulty and uncertainty, made her writing very sincere. Seeing how her language use matures and became more sophisticated, feels very enriching and gratifying. A book to read, keep and re-read!
