We needed this as a pet and baby gate. Once installed it's very easy to use. It pulls our and hooks to the other side and then rolls back on itself to be nice amd tidy when open. The instructions are minimal so keep the box until you have it installed. The hooks take 2 screws each and the other side has 2 screws on top and two on the bottom. For ours it was attached to timber on one side and plasterboard &wall stud on the other. Pretty easy to install.

I have this on my kitchen door and I love it! It was simple to put up and it’s much neater, cleaner looking than a regular white stair gate. It rolls up into the bracket and you can lock it! I would definitely buy again! Great quality, adjustable size! Great value for money and has kept my children and dogs safe. Highly recommended.

Nice looking gate, seems well made but only time will tell if it lasts, As it’s on the stairs it’s great that it retracts so there is no trip hazard that you’d get with the metal ones, also included was a clip that you fit to the middle of the extended gate to stop escape artists, in my case not necessarily but good it was included and not an extra you’d have to purchase. Easy to install, even for me a 61y-old ‘female ‘🤪 good clear instructions. Great peace of mind for me, but I now have a very confused 12 year old gsd wondering why she can’t use the stairs. On first impressions I would recommend this gate 👍🏼

Super easy to install The locking feature is really sturdy The adjustable brackets are a life saver! The skirting board going up the stairs sticks out far to much for it to even reach the wall but it worked with the skirting board on the floor! (Which is why it's at an angle) It comes with ample screws nd metal rawplugs? The instructions are super clear and a fab way to be able to install the brackets you cannot get it wrong! Retracts super smooth and can be very quick depends how much is pulled out my folder was fancying around with it and pulled it all out and let it go and it was ruthless 🤣 so be warned keep a grip on it Stops my lil gall from getting up or down the stairs very safe and secure

I needed a baby gate that could be fitted in an irregular space as it needed to go at an angle between an odd area of the wall and to attach to an ikea unit used as a room divider. This fitted the bill perfectly as I couldn't use a conventional baby gate in this strange space. It does the job to contain my puppy and after discarding the complicated instructions I just fitted one side to the wall with 4 holes drilled into the wall then screwed the attachments into the rail plugs in said holes. The other side was easier as it was just 4 screws into the ikea unit to hold the 2 plastic bits...easy easy and very sturdy.

Best kind of stairgate. I've got an awkward sized space where I couldn't fit a traditional stairgate with extenders but as this is retractable it fits perfectly. I used it for my daughter but it was also perfect when I was looking after a friends dog! Very secure.

Absolutely waste of money. Installation even with great drill is useless. Plastic breaks so its not safe as well!! When I tried to return it they expected me to pay for secure post. If you want something reliable, buy somewhere else.. As I bought two I actually paid someone to install as return is impossible without paying £12 to return it.. Absolute waste. Puppies broke it within a week.. Why bother adverting as puppy/dog gate when quality is disgasting!

This gate is great! Easy to install once you no what your doing. Looks so much nicer than metal stair gates. It slides open really nicely and slots into place with brackets. To lock you just lift and turn the knob. I highly recommend for small dogs. My Old English Dogge can jump it and most morning’s I wake up with her sleeping next to me while my 2 small dogs are locked downstairs.

Perfekt! Ich sag sowas nicht oft, aber dieses Produkt hat meiner Meinung nach keine Fehler. Verarbeitungsqualität ist super, Montage Zubehör sehr hochwertig, Ersatzteile dabei. Nichts wackelt, nichts klemmt, es sieht gut aus. Sowas hat man selten und ich freu mich sehr darüber!

Funktioniert super. Habe es mir wegen meiner Katzen gekauft, damit ich die Tür zum Studio auch mal offen lassen kann, ohne das die Fellnasen rein gehen. Lies sich gut anbringen und erfüllt seinen Dienst. War gut verpackt und wurde schnell geliefert. Ich kann es empfehlen.
