Description says "Dyna Ray" model, everyone is receiving "Param" model
1 star less because the model mentioned on amazon is "Dyna ray" but everyone is getting "Param" for last one year or two. It seems like the earlier listing was for dyna ray, later the same listing is updated without changing images and name. This can cause issues with warranty claim because on invoice it's mentioned Crompton Dyna ray, actual product is Crompton Param so brand may refuse to give warranty due to mismatch. Listing must be updated. Now coming to the bulb, earlier there used to be at least 100 lumens per watt so 9w bulb used to be 900 lumens or even with higher brightness. But now every 9w bulb is around 825 lumens so what's the point of energy rating. Bulb quality is good, lightweight. Good value for the price.

Good light but doesn’t turn off completely
The brightness is good and the light works fine. However, even after switching it off, a faint glow remains and it does not turn off completely

Improper packaging
The product received in good condition but packaging was bad . There is no protection of bulb which was succestable to be broken. Fortunately the bulbs are safe.

Worst product . Cheap quality . Broken when delivered. Poor packaging . Blacklist the supplier and don't sell this product.
