Unlike many others it does not have a nasty smell, it doesn't leave awful powdery residues and it doesn't corrode. It has a cream like consistency and is very easy to use. With it I've removed the tarnish on items, in particular some brass, that nothing else had managed to clean properly. ( bar acid solution) As it is quite powerful you should always test on a small area before cleaning the entire piece, in particular for plated or painted items. It is also very economic so you will need only a very small amount to clean effectively, (it is always better to repeat the procedure if needed than using too much product). If you want to keep the patina on an item and just bring back a bit of lustre use a small amount and rub gently insisting, but not too much, on the parts you want to highlight. When you are happy with the way it looks, remove Peek with a mild soapy water solution, rinse and dry with a cloth. (Remember to wear gloves if polishing metal to avoid getting tarnish on your hands.)
