I am, by nature, quite cynical, so when I plumped to buy this product I was prepared to be disappointed before it arrived. Well, the joke is on me as the spray works perfectly!It's a simple small spray-bottle, which is handy for carrying in a pocket or handbag. Spray onto the closed eyelid and wait for the irritation to stop, which is a matter of moments. I found I had to repeat the process another time or two if the irritation was particularly bad, otherwise one treatment usually sufficed.So, the product works... but is it worth the money? That all depends on your veiw-point: personally I think it is very expensive for what it is. However, balanced against the fact this it does what it is supposed to do then, well, who wouldn't pay over-the-odds for something that alleviated pain or discomfort? I did and I am glad that I did, too. So will you be.

Fantastic spray for dry eyes. I have Sjogren’s Syndrome and Blepharitis, so I suffer terribly with dry, sore, itchy eyes. These Optrex eye sprays are Fantastic! Spray on to closed eye lids and you'll feel the liquid trickle into the corner of your eyes. My Optician said this is the best to use and you can use it as many times as needed!Great also for hay-fever itchy eyes, spray on, then open your eyes and blink several times to get the liquid to cover your eyes. Any excess liquid over your eyelids and face, just rub in!It lasts for several hours & helps ease your eyes.

Mildly effective, spray goes everywhere!

This is really useful for soothing itchy eyes, especially if you wear contact lenses, as you don't have to remove them. Simply close your eyes and spray the solution onto your eyelid area, and it will help. It doesn't seem to matter if some goes on to your lenses, as it doesn't seem to cause any issues, luckily, as I didn't read the instructions properly and sprayed directly into my eyes, (several times!)

Great and so easy to use and very effective.Carry one with me all the time.Rather costly but shop around and save a lot.
