Useless.
Bad design, the buckle holder design is a little bigger than standard, which means when the gopro/buckle is inserted it will rattle and move about because the buckle isn't tightly fastened.this is really bad for video because it will introduce unwanted vibrations also bad for audio as it pick up the rattle sounds with the microphone.
