Can someone tell me how to deflate this? I’ve tried everything lol

Yes it could be a little confusing however, I used a deflating end of the pump and inserting it fully into one of the holes while I rolled it up. I did this to all the holes including the foam hole which I have no clue it what it's function.

What is the weight capacity?

how to clean it? Can it be used in washing machine? Thanks

Sleeping pad can not be machine washed, it is recommended to scrub with a wet rag, do not use alcohol to scrub, not easy to store
