Like Apple's but costs less.
I bought my new iPad (10th gen) at a Best Buy and had a chance to try the Apple keypad for it. I liked it but didn't care for the $250 price tag. Did some research and found this one. I have other Logitech electronics in my home and have been pleased with their quality and ease of use so I took a flier and bought this without trying it out. I'm very pleased. It has the same functionality and feel and seems to be of equal quality to the Apple version. Though you have to tug a bit, the keyboard is easily removed from the iPad when you don't need or want to use it. When mounted, the keyboard is held in place by a very strong magnet that self-aligns during the "mating" process. Both the keyboard and trackpad function nicely and it looks to provide better protection around the edges in the event of a fall. One word of caution: If you use a screen protector on your iPad, make sure it's precisely mounted (i.e., centered) on your unit. The frame that holds the iPad in place on this is a very precise and snug fit. If the protector encroaches the slightest bit into the frame's territory you're going to have to work a bit to get the protector to fit under it and not lift the protector off. I had to and did it by using the edge of a credit card to pry up the frame slightly.

Awesome keyboard case
The case looks and works great. It’s smoother than I expected (not a bad thing) and the keyboard is super easy to keep clean. The keys are super responsive and the case connected with no issues. The keys are every quiet when typing and I haven’t noticed any issues with battery drain. The kickstand holds up well too.

As Rugged and Comfortable as They Say
I love this keyboard so much that I bought a second one to have on hand in case the first one breaks or wears out. I am a full-time author and heavy-fingered typist. Plus I tend to spill coffee everywhere and often. That’s why I use this bad boy in conjunction with my A16 iPad. It turns the iPad into a veritable writing machine. Also this is very durable, like the description says. I spilled a full cup of coffee on this keyboard and my Mac. The Mac was toast; this keyboard dried out and worked well. I don’t recommend that kind of abuse but it’s nice to know it can take it.

An iPad case that does double-duty: protects and adds a keyboard.
The Logitech rugged folio keyboard case is well-crafted and securely holds an iPad (A16). The keyboard has a nice tactile feel and includes a comprehensive set of keys similar to those found on a full-size Apple keyboard. The magnetic “latch” securely closes the case and folds out of the way when the case is open. Since the case and keyboard interface through Apple’s Smart Connector, there’s no need to use Bluetooth or charge the case. The fold-out stand is continuously adjustable over 40 degrees and securely holds the iPad at various angles. The case is reinforced at the edges and corners and might protect the iPad if dropped. My only complaint is that the thin plastic “hinge” between the keyboard and iPad is quite flimsy. A rigid hinge would have been much more suitable.Considering its cost, quality, and functionality, this case is a worthwhile investment for those who require a keyboard.

Excellent alternative to an Apple brand case! Fantastic quality!
It is very hard to find a decent, inexpensive, keyboard case these days. In the past my go to brand was INCASE but over the years they ceased making iPhone and iPad cases. ZAGG was my next go-to maker of keyboard cases but from reading reviews it seems their quality has slipped over the years. I recently tried an Otterbox for my new A16 iPad but while it did offer great coverage it was just too bulky for my needs and it had no keyboard case option. Then I found Logitech! I looked through their many different offering of keyboard cases and found one that suited my needs perfectly: Logitech Slim Folio Case. I didn't need a keyboard case with a build in trackpad as I have a Logitech Pebble Mouse 2 M350s which pairs well with this keyboard case. The keyboard case offer full protection on all edges while still offering access to the USB-C port as well as volume and Touch ID button. The iPad connects to the keyboard via the magnetic contacts and holds good. It is a little floppy but not so bad you notice. The case runs off of two CR2032 batteries; so it requires no separate charging. While that might seem like an inconvenience for some I think it's a better option than worrying about charging both my iPad and keyboard case. The keys feel great when typing and the build quality is what you would come to expect from Logitech. Simple and direct and reliable. I love the design and feel it will hold up for the life of my iPad as long as I take good care of it. Nothing is obscured or blocked and the sound quality while is not compromised. The keys are not backlit unfortunately but I do not see that as a problem except if I'm writing in the dark and need to find a function key. However, my last iPad keyboard case wasn't backlit and it managed me fine for over five years.I do recommend this case if you are looking for a quality build keyboard case that costs much less than an Apple brand. I feel this is going keep me happy for a long time and serve me well when I travel.

Worth the price
I was initially put off by the price, but now that I actually own it, I can say that it is so much better than the off-brand iPad keyboard cases in the $30 to $40 range. Better in every conceivable way. Easier to use, lighter, more ergonomic, more reliable, and none of the annoyances of the other keyboard cases I tried. I should’ve bought this one in the beginning.
