This US-made product has been tricky to get hold of up to now in the UK but now the packaging states there's a UK-based distributor, I'm hoping it will be much easier. If you've previously bought Wet & Wild H2O Proof in the silver/blue box in 'Ultra Black', rest assured this appears to be the same product in updated packaging. The one difference I can see is that the felt tip applicator is even finer - but very easy to apply broader strokes or build 'wings' if you want to. If you've not used H2O Proof before - wow, buy this and you're on the brink of discovering the BEST eyeliner on the market today at any price! It is intensely black and long-lasting, doesn't fade and it's easy to apply without any dragging on lids. It should stay on through heavy rain, tears, sweat etc and a bottle lasts for many weeks if you wear the product daily - no touch-ups required - so along with the great price it's truly good value. It can be a little hard to take off. At present I'm using a tiny dab of silicone-based primer as the grease seems to break down the formula but this is expensive so I may try micellar water which another reviewer has suggested. However, let's face it, the usual problem with eyeliner is keeping it on! Try H2O Proof - you won't regret it.

I have worn eyeliner most of my adult life and this is one of the best I have ever bought! It takes a little while to dry, but once it does, IT DOES NOT BUDGE! In fact, you are going to need an oil based makeup remover to get it off cause even face wash won't remove it! Even if you rub your eyes it doesn't move at all!!!In terms of the applicator, it's a firm brush with a little give on the tip, perfect for what I need!A deep black, not at all washy.Highly recommend, I will be buying more!

It's the only liquid liner I'll use. It can resist eye watering, but not sobbing your heart out. If you wipe it while wet it will come off, so if you do start to tear up, DAB around the liner, don't wipe, wait for it to dry.

Eyeliner smudges and transfers to upper lids! The brush is good, but the eyeliner itself is rubbish. Totally unwearable unless you want to resemble a raccoon with rings around your eyes. Even with primer and powder on upper lids, it still transfers!Would give this 0 stars if I could, worst eyeliner ever.

Love this liner. Easy application with the narrow tip. Doesn't get clunky. Being waterproof it's great for inner eye lining. Lasts on until cleaned with make-up remover. Great product

Shame because I really love how fine the tip is and how rich the pigment is, but this eyeliner tends to smudge and bleed despite being 'waterproof'.

I've used this product before and I love it but by the time I got it, it was almost completely dried out and barely usable. Would recommend the product but not this supplier

Lo cercavo da tanto avendolo comprato una volta in un negozio fisico, dopo averlo provato di tante marche non posso fare a meno di questo eyeliner: il pigmento è corposo e steso fa l'effetto che serve e soprattutto è davvero waterproof come promesso.In estate per quanto fa caldo non riesco a truccarmi e questo prodotto è l'unica cosa che posso concedermi, mi serve davvero!E quindi posso confermare che è impermeabile e resistente anche al sudore: una volta applicato anche per struccarsi una salviettina semplice non basta ma ci vuole uno struccante per farlo in modo delicato.Poi mi piace molto poterlo applicare con il pennellino a punta non rigido, viene perfetto.Al momento delle foto l'ho gia' consumato abbastanza, si vede dalla confezione...soddisfatta, lo ricomprero'.

This has been my go-to liner since middle school. It has a brush similar to a nail polish want but very fine little brush tip. And I’ve even gone swimming with little to no smear as long as I’m not rubbing it like crazy. Wipe it gently and it doesn’t usually come off, it has a time or two, but generally stays on. Usually it’s hard to get off, definitely need some kind of liquid makeup remover to wipe it off. (And fyi it makes for very good Halloween or cosplay black lipstick since it’s so waterproof and goes on liquid. And honestly it lasts for a very long time given how small the container is, it’s definitely a good deal. And it’s one of the eyeliners you can tell is black, not kinda dark brown almost black, it is very black so if you’re wanting a black liner this is it. And it’s compact so it’s easy to put in a pocket or purse to whatever you need and I’ve never had one leak.
