I have been looking for a paring knife for a while. I am glad I made the right purchase. The quality is fantastic. I have been using it regularly and been washing it both by hand, or in dishwasher. It is VERY SHARP and I need to be careful, but paring knife should be sharp, so it is perfect.

I love a good birds mouth blade. This one is solid and holds an excellent edge.The weight is substantial for a short blade and may not be for everyone but the steel is excellent.

This is THE BEST knife ever. It really needs to come with a leather sheath as it is so sharp. Slit my finger today; but, even with that I would buy it again and recommend it to anyone who deals with a lot of citrus 🍊 fruit.
