DC Converter 12V to 5V 6A 30W Type-c DC Buck Converter Module, DC to DC Buck Regulator Converter car Power Converter Adapter with Dual

I bought the device to have 2 additional USB prower supplies for a Phone and Dashcam. as soon as I connected the phone, the phone showed 1h charging time, 10 sec later it went up to 3h after one minute it showed 4h charging time. Clearly this device does not provide to power it claims. Total waste of money

Works Great! I used this DC step down converter to convert my Vans 12volt power to 5volts after ordering the wrong voltage neon lights from TEMU. My neon lights use only 5volts so i wired this DC 12v to 5v converter into my vans interior lights 12volt wiring harness, wired usb male ends onto my neon lights and usb female ends onto my 5volt AA Battery box that came with the lights. Now i can plug the lights into my Vans 12 volt power supply an they will come on when the interior lights are on or i can unhook and plug them into the 5volt supply and use AA batteries for when i go camping an don't want to drain my vans battery.

Having a 5v charger everywhere is now a necessity. Having this charger wired directly to the car's main battery means i dont need for its ignition switch to be turned on. At anytime when Im waiting out for the kids at sports or other given times where i need to be in the safety of my car like camping, my phone or other devices can be charged. It wont kill the cars battery. As long as the car is regularly being driven, the effect on the state of charge is minimal. I have mines in my jeep always on with no issues at all. I can see motorcycles, e-bikes, boats, and RVs can fully benefit from having this charger. Highly recommended. Easy to install.

The product worked great charges my phone fast

I added this to my small motorcycle to let me power a camera attached to my helmet. It's working great so far. It's very small, so I didn't have any trouble fitting it inside the motorcycle behind a cover. I wired it to switched wiring so it won't phantom drain the battery. I bought a separate wiring harness that has the correct connector for plugging into the diagnostic port on my motorcycle. That's where I tapped the 12 V power from. And now I have an extra USB port for charging phones or whatever, since I'm only using one for the camera.
