Hunting Knife with Sheath - ZF11

I am not one to write a review unless I think a product is really good. I’m not sure why there are not more reviews on this knife because it really is well made. Razor sharp right out of the box. The metal and wood in the handles meld perfectly together with no high points. The craftsmanship is there and the design is so cool. It’s better than the pics. The sheath is made from really nice leather and done well. The knife fits the sheath just right. I have over 70 knives in my collection and this one is in my top 3. You will be making a great choice if you decide to add this to your collection.

The knife had not a single flaw that I could find... And I was looking. It is a solid knife and well put together. Right out of the box it was exceedingly sharp. Had no need to run it on sharpening stones. Comfortable in my hand and has a nice weight to it. Have used it for some small projects and is still sharp. The sheath is on the flimsy side but it does work and the clasp holds just fine. Overall I like the knife very much.

I’ve been collecting knives for nearly 20 years. For the price point this is a remarkable deal. It is extremely sharp right out of the very nice packaging it arrived in although I haven’t had it in the field long enough to see if it holds an edge. It’s very well balanced and has a great grip especially for people like me who have large hands. The leather sheath is well designed and extremely well built. Two days after it arrived at my home I ordered another one for my nephew and after showing it to two of my coworkers they each ordered one for themselves.

I just have to say this knife is beautiful. I ordered the buck 120 series and it came in just a box. These guys sent a beautiful box and equally beautiful sheath for the knife. I highly recommend them. The blade has heft and the handle is comfortable in my gorilla hands.

Delivery arrived on time. Packaging was nice with the black inlay hard foam. Unlike as advertised, this knife did NOT come with a sheath. Solid knife. Fits perfectly in med/large size hand. As I am a collector as much as a user, I absolutely LOVE this particular style of knife. Fit and function is good. however, the areas on this blade that SHOULD be mirror polished, it is definitely missing that quality. The beauty is scued from the fact that it looks like its been sliding around in my glove box for a week. Also - some of the grinds on the 'spine' have been hastily done, and you can certainly notice. Maybe I got a Friday job. For the $70 price point, I expected more, especially a sheath! So my fair assesment is - good knife but disappointed. Seeing there are so many decent knives on the market for this price range, I'll be avoiding this company unless they have a response for me and prove me wrong.
