QuayStephenson's Rocket Woodcraft Construction Kit

I buy these kits all the time, have found with time & patience you get a good result. Only basic instruction provided but if you look and follow the parts in order it makes it easier. Also sometimes the parts may need sanding to make them fit (do not force them) and if you get bits that seem loose fitting, well I use pva glue it helps gives a good solid finish.

Wooden model that clips together but with no step by step instruction. It is a bit of a logic problem to work out how parts fit but that is enjoyable when you get it sorted. Looks good painted or ok when left bare. Nice pastime to dip in and out of.

Some of the parts needed trimming before they fitted but looked good when completed, arrived couple of days early.

One of the plywood sheets is delaminatig. Impossible to complete the model, very disappointing. After contacting the manufacturer they promptly sent me replacement parts. I thought that their response was quick and good.

This was good, however the wood was too thin and flimsy and didn't always fit in the necessary sections and therefore have not managed to build it correctly, however good fun to make x
