Great product!
I used the crystal glaze on my natural hair and my hair looks glossy and feels amazing. It’s giving my hair the revamp it needed would definitely recommend.

No English instructions
Box damaged when it arrived. Also, no instructions in English so no idea if I need to wash my hair first, apply dry or use with accelerant. Judging by some previous reviews (which I wish I had read), it does need to be used with another product. This isn’t clear and as no English instructions, I could have wasted this product by trying it alone. Will be sending back

Doesn’t do much
I bought the 00/00. This apparently adds shineI used as per instructions. Yes I’m a hairdresser. No I didn’t notice a difference at all.
