This paper is hugely helpful with sketching practice exercises... it's much easier to keep to straight lines using the discreet dots as guides. The paper is thick enough to accommodate sketching and lightly wet watercolour pencil sketches but it's not really strong enough to take the 'wet' of watercolour washes. This paper is a handy alternative to graph paper when you need a squared-off backdrop. The sheets are perforated and easy to detach from the pad.

A3 sketch size: lovely smooth, strong paper. Cuts very cleanly too. Arrived in good time in good order.Oops. P.S. just noticed it says on it that it is 80gsm: bullet points describe it as 90gsm.

This is massive. Let's your creativity flow - or your random psychotic scribbling a in dull telecoms. Excellent Rhodia quality paper is a pleasure to write on. Too good for scribbles. Good value for what you get.

Great pad. Would be better if you could reverse the book without having to deconstruct it. Using the back of sheets is a great practice to reduce paper wastage. But for some reason this isn’t easy to do with this book.

If, like me, you're a creative person that tends to scribble down ideas and sketches that then lead to other ideas and 'variations on a theme' galore, then this is the pad for you! Instead of being left with pages of scribbles that have become so complex that they're almost illegible, even to you, you'll find you can get a huge amount of brainstorming on one sheet in an orderly fashion and in a much less frustrating manner than with smaller pads. The dots provide very subtle guidance that allows you to line things up and write straight (if you want to), whilst at the same time still giving the feeling of freedom a blank sheet does: even if you scribble manically all over the paper it still looks good. I also love to use fountain pens to sketch and write out my ideas - for me, it just makes the creative process more enjoyable - and this paper takes every ink I've tried on it so far without bleeding or seeping through, and it's smooth to write on. Using these pads to get my initial ideas out of my head and onto paper, and then to develop various aspects of those ideas, has made me much more organised and productive. There are 80 sheets so plenty to get a lot of work done. I roll up the sheets when I'm finished for future reference, put a rubber band on to secure them, and feel I've accomplished something. It's sort of old-fashioned and quaint. Makes my work fun. :-)

I trust this pad to make to my TN inserts and I use no other. Superior quality.

I am avid 'to-do' list maker and the old way of pencil and paper is the best for me. The problem usually is that notepads are too small for me, even A4. I want a big space each day for lists, notes, prompts etc. and I imagine this is what we would typically refer to as the desk blotter size. So an A3 landscape pad is perfect for me, and without solid lines even better. The light dots are an excellent guide for keeping writing straight though.

Very good pad to jot down ideas and diagrams, while not being constrained by A4 sizing. Paper quality is good, and the dots are subtle.

Es un excelente cuaderno en formato A3. El papel, como todos los de Rhodia, es excelente, punteado. El color del papel es blanco y los puntos gris claro que permite realizar cualquier trabajo.

Tolle Qualität des Papieres. Genau dieses Format mit dotted habe ich gesucht. Ich brauche es für große, aber übersichtliche Mindmaps. Hervorragend

Meraviglioso. La carta ha una qualità eccellente e i puntini sono un'idea geniale per chi la usa per disegnare, ad esempio. Io ci eseguo disegni tecnici e schizzi e mi è molto utile, non avendo una mano libera molto allenata, a rispettare distanze e proporzioni.

Great big size, perfect for large projects or, like i use it, for calligraphy practice! It makes it easy to write even letters, many of them on one line and the ink doesn't bleed through at ALL (i use Tombow dual brush pens and Pentel fude touch sign pens and even if i write over one spot more than once, it absolutely doesn't show on the flip side). And the pages are sooo smooth.
