Used the headset all day for conference calls and listening to music and I'm more than happy with the headset. It's very comfortable to wear and the call quality is great (when using the dongle that comes with it). When you are using the Bluetooth connection of your laptop the call quality is not HD but still good enough. Listening to music is also a great experience if you are not an audiophile.The stand that comes with it is really handy: allows to charge the headset (if you are not using the cable that comes with it - a standard USB to micro USB one) and allows to place the headphone safely away when not in use.The only feature that I have to criticise is the ambient noise cancellation (ANC) which doesn't do much and feels like an EQ only (adding a bit more base, filter off low frequencies around the 50-100 Hz range and adding a bit more treble). But as the headphones are over-ear only, I didn't expect an Bose-like ANC.

Can pair with multiple devices at once, works well and is reliable. The only downside is you need the Bluetooth dongle to make it work well with a PC.

Purchased this headset for work. Lots of phone calls and webex sessions both on mobile and laptop. Also work in open plan office with a lot of back ground noise. Also like to listen to Pink Floyd when not on phone calls or webex conferences !Like the quality look of the head set and stand.Like the quality sound, voice and music.Like the noise cancellation.Like the comfort and not having to worry about a wired connection.Pairing worked seamlessly and set up on webex Audio was easy as well.Took me a while to work out you cant listen to music being played on your phone whilst headset is connected to laptop. It would be good if there was a setting in the hub to say which device takes priority for audio streaming.Thus to listen to music I have to physically remove the usb donble (what ever its called). And I thought its only a matter of time before I end up loosing it. I thought a simple solution would be to modify the headset stand so that you could insert the dongle purely as a safe way of storing the dongle when you are not in use.Anyway back to some 'Wish you were here"

Bought these on Sunday night and they arrived Monday morning. Very happy with the delivery time. I was recommended these by a few business friends, as I do a lot of meetings either on Skype or on the Phone, and using my laptop mic or phone mic isn't as convenient. If your someone who has a lot of Skype calls or Phone calls, this is a MUST buy. The audio from the headset is actually very good, and the microphone is exceptional. I love how it's bluetooth and I can just walk around the room into different rooms without having to sit down next to my phone or laptop. The buttons on the side are helpful too. It took me a while to understand how to connect the bluetooth to my phone as the manual didn't really help at all.Overall, this is a must buy. Beautifully designed, exceptional audio quality and very very very convenient for you Skype/Phone callers!

The headphones were used for 6 hours and then the microphone stopped working

Work bought me one of these and I love it. So good, I wanted one for my home PC. But they are really expensive, when I saw some for less £100 but refurbed, I gambled. They turned up and looked fine, but they didn't work. Since I already have a set I know what they ought to do and they weren't doing it. Anyway downloaded the plantromics hub app. It wanted to update the firmware so I knew all was basically good. The firmware update for the dongle stopped at 44%, which didn't look good! However a restart and the Hub software said it was all good. Next I repaired the dongle (put the headset into pair mode and the dongle into pair mode), lots of falshing the boom Whitesnake "Here I go again" started hammering out, working and am happy. I suspect they got retured becasue the previous owner couldn't get them paired.

I wanted wireless headphones for a while and was recommended these by a colleague. They didn't disappoint. Comfortable, lightweight and full of functions, plus I can now grab a coffee while listening in to conference calls. Colleagues commented on how quiet the background noise was, even when I was talking while walk through rush hour traffic.
