BlackBerry Bold 9900 sw (0030)

I own every type of mobile device and always come back to the 9900 bold. Its secure, has all the features I need on the go (email, BBM, keyboard) and battery lasts ages.

I am a blackberry addict. There I have said it! My old handset I had had for ten years ( oops! ). I did try to 'upgrade' several times but the nice people at the mobile phone shop just laughed and tried to sell me the current blackberry - with a touch screen and the size of a small shed! So when my handset gave up the ghost I decided Amazon was the way forward. I had brought back up over the years and all fine. So after much research the 9900 caught my eye. The delivery was fantastic and it came thenext day. Box sealed and GB on the side of it etc. However!!! It said on the side of the box it had an integrated sim. No worries. Managed to load my sim and up and running with texts and calls straight away so no problemo! Then I set about setting up my e mail. I am now a tech whizz but I run my own business and more than get by. So went to settings and try as I might when I press the e mail set up icon NOTHING happens. It won't even let me start to set up tried for over an hour and googled the problem which appeared several times on forums. So....no good!!! Whatever I do it just won't let me set up e mails. Can't tell you how frustrating it is. So that's that! I hope I can get a handset which lets me do it but this handset just won't so beware......and......was only an initial niggle but now doing a review worth mentioning that the charger included has a two pin plug!!! What a waste of a Sunday......!
